This is a weird poll so I'd like to provide some context and understanding for it. (this is also not a trauma dumping space, and isn't intended to be one)

When I was a kid i was made fun of for liking Ho-oh more than lugia (not trauma, but a bad experience) - and later was cyberbullied for a year for disliking oshawott (trauma) - these 2 distinctions are important for this poll.

this poll isn't made to incite arguments about what counts as traumatic, but rather to just explore if people in your life have ever taken something like pokemon too far.

This is also not a 1 note poll - if you got bullied for say, collecting Pokemon cards, or liking pokemon at all, this poll is also applicable.

I've been watching a lot of horror movies and got wondering about a pokemon horror game :p

Working under the assumption that there is only one(with exceptions like the zygarde cells, phione, etc) of each legendary and mythical.

Options do not require main character syndrome - there are a lot of potential reasons why you might feel you'd be worthy beyond mcs. Don't take the poll too seriously :p

if you didn't know, the PMC/Nintendo "recently" retconned mega evolution from being painless or (mostly) painless to being incredibly painful for the pokemon. This is however Not reconned in Pokemon Go canon.

For those who maybe don't know / were too young for fansites - they were websites made by fans for various fandoms and reasons. Pokemon fansites were very prolific, with a few still being household names (serebii, bulbapedia). Pokemon fansites had a rich history from 1998-2015, from geocities to webs, wix, and more hosts.

While i was looking for information on fansites, i found a work in progress archive of old pokemon fansites. This website also looks straight out of 2012, although the images appear broken :/
