something that really bothers me in the sherlock holmes: the awakened remake (not sure if it's also in the original game because it's been a while since i played that one) is just how fatphobic sherlock is towards mycroft. mycroft isn't fat but even if he were it's so weird and awkward. he and watson just experienced something so fucking strange and the first thing sherlock does is insult mycroft? mate, priorities. but also, what the fuck?

the top gear editors use a lot of music from films and tv shows (as well as classic rock obviously) on the programme. for example whenever there was a montage of them repairing or modifying their cars they'd use the a-team theme, the imperial march or whatever it's called from star wars also appears quite often. but i absolutely did not expect to hear the assassin's creed 3 main theme. like, not at all. don't get me wrong, it's a great song (i really like the ac3 soundtrack) but why is it on top gear?

my phone had a systems update. everything looks so fucking ugly now and they want me to use their bullshit ai all the fucking time and disabling it doesn't disable it entirely.

i hate that they used the same voice actor for male eivor, odin and varin. they probably had like 100+ voice actors at hand, why use the same for all 3? get someone else to voice varin (or if you want to keep the guy get him to use a different accent, tone, inflection, whatever to make them different. fathers don't usually sound exactly like their sons). basim and loki also share the same voice actor but then female eivor doesn't voice odin if you play as her, so just get someone else to voice him too. it's so fucking confusing.

i'm on my third playthrough and only now realised that after finishing a fly agarics riddle the one talking is probably meant to be odin and not eivor, even though the subtitle says eivor.

one of my favourite jokes throughout all series is the lads putting imaginary sponsors on their cars which spell rude words when they open their doors.

because they gave us such highlights as 'arse biscuits', 'les bien', 'coq', etc. i simply love it.
