Hey, thanks so much for the request! I hope this is okay! :o) -MJ

warnings: cannon typical violence/mention of weapons and death, drugs, slight possessive behavior (not yandere), fem reader intended but its vague, you/your used for reader.

-all three of them are interesting and pretty complex on their own, so all three of them with a Human? you've got yourself into a tough situation.

-given the fact that humans are generally regarded as a product and not as living things with non-monetary value, they most likely had a hard time dealing with their feelings for you but once you're with them, they will keep you safe from anyone that might view you like that.

-that doesn't mean that they stop their business of course, just that they normally keep you far away from the rougher parts of it. they all use and are in the business of selling humans as drugs.

-Douglas is the one who's generally okay with the fact that you're human. there was definitely a learning curve but compared to the other two, he had the easiest time with it. the other two took longer to come around to the concept.

-none of them fully understand humans so it's up to you to remind them that you're not like them. though you are more physically fragile than them, you have certain abilities that they don't. besides being more temperature resistant then a lot of other folks in space, things that are poison to any other species are fine for you, the first time you had human liquor around them it was like the world was ending. (I HC that alien liquor is different depending on the species/planet, but they generally view our alcohol the same way we view rubbing alcohol)

-human foods are also a mystery to them, our spices and cooking techniques are different than theirs. you could make instant ramen and they'd be enthralled.

-since you're the only human they like, they are fascinated by almost everything you do, it's a bit odd but somehow endearing. in their eyes you're soft and cute, even if you're not by human standards.

-speaking of soft, they are very protective! you are always with one of them.

-your time with Nipulon is usually spent in his office, you sit on one of the couches while he works. you both do your own thing, or you talk to him while he does paperwork. he enjoys the background noise even if he doesn't know what a 'stormtrooper' is or why the grunts remind you of them. sometimes you sit in his lap and lean your head on his shoulder so you can watch him work, sometimes you fall asleep like that, and he refuses to move. like when a cat lays on you and you legally can't move.

-Douglas on the other hand is a bit of a toss-up. sometimes you go with him when he's training recruits, he uses it to show off to you though that tends to backfire when half the trainees end up dying in the most ridiculous ways. other times he might be out of his suit (normally while high) and just hangs on to you while you go about your day, occasionally commenting on what you're doing.

-Garmantuous doesn't have a lot of time off but sometimes he'll pull you along on missions, you end up following him to different planets. since he's been so many places, he knows what places are the most fun (at least in his eyes) and which ones would be safe for you to wander in.

-though you somehow managed to be with all of them, that doesn't change how jealous they are. Nipulon in games is said to be very jealous and aggressive towards anyone that gets close to Garmantuous, though this doesn't mean that he's jealous of you (since you're his Aswell) it does mean that he doesn't like anyone going near you or Garmantuous. he already doesn't like Douglas and he hates how close he is to you, but you're happy and he knows you'd be devastated if he killed him, so he just keeps his distance from Douglas and stands closer to you. but luckily you tend to spend time with them individually rather than all together so there usually isn't any conflict.

-Headcannons-

-this is one of the most chaotic pairing ive heard of! i think that is they got together it would definetly be by either some interference from the crew or though some mutual hatered/violence towards something.

-if the crew didn’t get them together then they would probly try to keep everything under wraps for a bit. it wouldnt last long, kenny would slip up within two days. knifey still makes fun of him for it.

-the others are definetly nosy and pry into their relationship a bit, some more than others (*cough* creature *cough*)

-sweezy, gus, and lizzie followed them on a date onetime after BH took them to applebees. they wore shitty disguises and were very loud, but somehow didn’t get caught. they still have some of the photos that lizzie took.

-anytime they do anything affectionate around the others they are met with creature awwing and sweezy gagging. (and sometimes gus making a teasing remark.)

-in game knifey is down to brutally murder anybody, no exeptions. kenny on the other hand activly convinces the bounty hunter to NOT kill random people. so i think that kenny would be the voice of reason in the realationship.

-that doesnt mean that kenny doesnt have his moments of extreme violence, just that he doesn’t normaly like to kill kids. (that one fucker being the exception.)

-since the crews only braincell belongs to BH they get into ALOT of shenanigans when left together. it would almost be sweet if it weren’t for the amount of blood and mutilation those shenanigans involve.

-dates between them tend to be a bit chaotic. some nights its just a movie (kenny talks the whole time and knifey bitches about it) on other nights though, they have BH drop them off at some random bar or dive that knifey heard about. ( you cant convince me that he wouldn’t want to go the most wild places) they get kicked out 9/10 times but its fun nonetheless.

-kenny shows affection through sharing his interests and listening when knifey talks about some of his different ideas. he also likes to plan small nights in, hes not the biggest horrer movie fanatic but he watches them since knifey likes them so much. (he’s seen scream and the saw movies so much that he can recite lines from them by heart.)

-knifey shows affection through letting kenny have certain kills or taking the lead on missions. he also listens to kenny ramble, even if he doesn’t always follow what hes saying. when he plans night for kenny it tends to be theory videos or true crime. (they would LOVE the game theorist and buzzfeed unsolved.)

-kenny is way more affectionate. knifey acts like he’s anoyed but the second kenny stops he gets bitchy and complains about being ignored.

You/Your used for BH

-Finding an activity for all of the Gatlians is not a task for the faint of heart. between finding something they all like, and something that they can do (most dont have arms unfortunetly), and that alot of places are wary of them and still consider them wepons.

-so you tend to take them out individually, but sometimes you can convince them to agree on something.

-when yall do go out as a group you tend to go to places like the movies, park, Aquarium, or difrent museums (especialy science and kids museums).

-you tried to take them to a zoo one time, a couple of creatures kids got into an enclosure. you’ve never been to the zoo since and none of you talk about it.

-they also enjoy going to dinner, and each of them get to pick the place to eat on their birthday(are they born???)

-you got a wagon to take them places, since its not very fun to go places if your sitting in a pocket. all of you started covering it in stickers and paint so now it looks like a colourful ransome note.

-gus handles and passes out snacks, he has pretty good taiste and knows what everyone likes. its also partly because hes the only one with arms.

-creatures kids tend to get into things but are great at helping get things from outside of the 'Gat-wagon'. (the name was lizzies idea. all of the gatlians except for creature and knifey hate it.)

-knifey handles the maps and pamphlets, he has an amazing sense of direction but likes to tell you to go in the worst directions.

-Lezduit tends to just go along for the ride but he seems to enjoy your outings, he almost looks like hes smiling when he watches the others bicker about where to go and what to do.

-Kenny spends most of the outing talking, reading signs outloud, and narrating everthing while you pull the Get-wagon around.

-sweezy likes the aquarium, especially the larger and more dangerous exhibits. she also loves the theme park, she pesters everyone into going on the largest rollercoasters, lizzie ends up babysitting while you take her and knifey on the bigger ones.

-kenny likes the movies but talks through them you’ve been banned from the local theater, it hasn’t stoped you and the workers aren’t payed enough to care. he also enjoys the theme park but only the slower or less scary rides. (you can sometimes convince him to go on the log-flume ride but he hates it.)

-gus likes the arcade and the park. he uses his disks to play frisbee, sometimes creature will go with him so his kids can play with gus. his favorite game at the arcade is pacman and those target-ball games.

-knifey likes the theme park, both for the rollercoasters and the bumper-cars. he uses the whip-blade-thing to grab the wheel from you and target people. he also enjoys the movies and goes to every re-showing of scream.

-lezduit likes to sit in the park, its calm. he also enjoys the movies (especialy action and aventure movies.) he also enjoys resteraunts especialy the themed ones.

-creature likes taking his kids to the park and the interactive museum, but when he goes somewhere for himself he likes to go to comedy bars and open mics. he convinced you to take him to an open mic to preform, his jokes were so bad they were funny but he was just happy that people were laughing.

High on Life x Reader please?? I know the bounty hunter is silent for the game but maybe a oneshot of a mute bounty hunter and lizzie trying to teach the gang sign language so they can talk with the BH more?? Or at the very least understand what BH wants to say better? I know the guns (besides Gus) don't have hands but i just think it'd be cute if they tried to learn what BH actually wants to say.

I don’t know if you wanted a scenario or head cannons so I did headcannons, I loved writing this though, so I may add more later! (I may also have to write a fic about lezduit learning to use an aac device now) -MJ

🔪 It was Lizzies idea to teach the gatlians (and gene) sign language as a nice surprise **totally not because she forgot to buy them a birthday gift**

🔫 The bounty hunter had only been communicating through post-it notes and Lizzie, unfortunately neither are reliable sources of communication when fighting.

🔪Gus and gene are the only two who are able to sign, the others just learn to understand them.

🔫 Gus accidentally signs “fuck you” instead of “thank you” multiple times, Lizzie is to busy laughing to correct him.

🔪 Gene does it too, just not on accident.

🔫 the only problems they run into are 1. The bounty hunter is masked most of the time, so inflection is Very hard to gauge. 2. Since they are constantly carrying the gatlians, they have to sign one handed or use fingerspelling.

🔪 slightly off topic but, learning sign opened the conversation on aac devices. Lez might not have hands but he can use his face to press the buttons.

🔫 creature tries to teach his kids sign (they have little hands!) but they’re never around long enough for it to work out 😞

🔪 gene is only interested in swear words and insults. Lizzie tells him that this >🤟🏼 is an insult, nobody corrects him, it’s hilarious.

🔫 they 100% put on those baby sign language/sensory videos for them. Gene is still convinced it was some kind of weird porn

🔪 knifey is surprisingly good at recognizing different signs, nobody knows how/why

🔫 bounty hunter eventually gives them sign names.

🔪bounty hunter has sas, the others don’t fully realize this until they learn sign.

🔫 Kenny leaned the sign for “dramatic” and immediately realized that the bounty hunter has been calling him a drama queen since they met.
