Different personally. I think he's a nice guy underneath the fables stories, but he has a reputation to uphold to be the tough, no-nonsense guy. He thought Red Riding Hood would reward him for saving her against Bigby, but received nothing was a really hard blow for him, may have dented his ego. BUT I think if he ever truly got the chance to be a normal mundy I think he would take it. And I think he should.

ahhhh I love the wolf among us and I’m so happy people are posting about it again!

I’m writing a fanfic rn for twau, and honestly I think it’s interesting how everyone in the fandom has a slightly different interpretation of telltale’s Bigby.

Like, im sorry man there’s no way that i can write this man as anything other than almost painfully awkward. Dont get me wrong, he’s got his quips, but inside he’s overthinking like a mf. Probably replays conversations in his head. It’s part of what makes him a good detective, but it clearly comes with its drawbacks; mainly the fact that he gets stuck in his head when he’s alone.

And did I mention mf does NOT GET LAID??? At least not very often. He’s rusty, scared of being too rough. I imagine him being almost jarred with gentle touch at first; not just touching someone else, but being touched by someone. It’s not often he comes into physical contact with someone in a way that’s not meant to harm him.

And of course, there’s the whole guilt-over-what-he-did-before-and-the-fruitless-pursuit-of-redemption thing.

Overall, whole thing makes for a pretty awkward man. A capable man, but an awkward one nonetheless.

And the way they live in that apartment, we're used to a certain lifestyle, while everyone else is living like normal people. Nothing quite says 'we're better than everyone else' than these two.
