I had a friend request that I cross stitch her a self portrait. So instead I decieded to be cheeky. Its what we do.

I really enjoyed making this one for a coworkers birthday. She told me about how she makes little clay frogs and I knew I had to make this for her!

I was almost done, but I couldn't just leave the background white, so I added in the light blue with a half stitch. It really just pulled it all together for me.

I'm going to be going through a re branding over the next month or so. Then I'm hoping to actually be able to sell my cross stitch and other crafting pieces!

Everything I sell will be clearly labeled if it's a pattern or a finished product! I'm hoping for a lot, but I also have a number of things planned and in progress.

So this is what hangs in my bathroom. The first one was made when I was trying to learn the basics of cross stitching. Its not the cleanest, but it is cute. The second one I made at the start of 2023. After I had gained some confidence in my stitch work I wanted to push myself. I did use a pixle art images I found on Pintrest, but I did sort out where I wanted to put everything and how I wanted it to look.

Now to figure out how I want to up date it for 2024...

I finished this one a while ago and forgot to take some good pictures before sending it off in excitement to one of my sisters. It took me a really long time to get over my anxiety of "Ruining it with bad back stitching", eventually I got to the point of knowing it would look so much better with it. So I took my time, put it down when I needed a break, and eventually finished it!

I've been doing a bunch of cleaning around my condo and found a couple of pieces I forgot to frame (my bad LOL)

I foolishly forgot to save a copy of the pixel art I used. If anyone knows who made it (I found it on pintrest) I would be happy to credit them

The lettering was really easy, I just used a font creator for pixel fonts and went from there
