Life gets blurry when we keep throwing pebbles in and never take the time to watch the ripples fade away. If you take a min, you’ll realize that the lakes doesnt want to be in a state of unease it’s always looking to come back to a calm and restful state. Allow yourself to think. You hold the pebbles. You are in charge of how many ripples you want and if at some point they get to be too many… sit by its side and watch the ripples fade away. Nobody can occupy space in your mind unless you let them in. They do not have access to your lake. But more often than not we take it upon ourselves to throw in pebbles because of what others have done. You cannot control how others behave but you’re the one holding the pebbles at the edge of your lake. Throw them or drop them.
