The lovely and incredible @fauville tagged me for WIP Wednesday (ik it's Thursday now haha) and I have sadly worked on none of my main WIPs

HOWEVER

I randomly decided to write an entire ficlet for Nate x Liz being "best friends" and attending a pottery class because

He does not know of them, only having learned this "trend" running around a gram that is instant apparently. Something like that. The lovely idea makes that unfamiliar feeling bloom in his chest, the sentiment touching. "I'd like that. To keep a piece of you with me so it can keep me company when you are not present."

She grabs his pointer and circles his finger around the rim, none of her nervousness present, a sudden confidence exuding that has him mesmerized.

Reflecting on 2024, I made a lot of progress on my planning and communication. And I honestly made so much progress! Every now and then there were some issues, and sometimes out of my control (i.e. calling in sick for work was a bit challenging as I rarely get sick and never realised the progress of calling in sick before)

I've gotten better over calling people over the phone and asking lots of questions.

This year I'm hoping to become more assertive!

Also omg okay this is completely unrelated to my username but

I’ve been thinking about Miles (42) being like…not as dominant in a relationship as people think? You know? Like dominant as in like always bis spooning, always providing, always making the first move…etc

Cause like my thought was…you can’t tell me this boy doesn’t like to little spoon. You just can’t. Also like, him asking for kisses instead of taking them? And like subconsciously asking for permission? You know?

And I want to make headcanons on this kind of thing but I don’t want to use the word submissive because I think it sounds weird and idk what word I can use to replace it 😟
