Anyway. So Mad Mew Mew. Before explaining how the soul works, let me explain something first. So you guys know how Clover and Chara can see and interact with each other because they are spirits, right? Well, there are another four people who can see them. The Ruins Dummy, Napstablook, Mad Dummy/Mad Mew Mew, and Mettaton, because they are all ghosts too.

But why did none of them acknowledge Chara during Undertale? Well, the Ruins Dummy doesn't talk, Napstablook was feeling awkward, Mad Dummy was too blinded by rage to notice Chara and Mettaton didn't say anything to not reveal that he's a ghost monster in a robot body.

But in my AU, Mad Mew Mew acknowledges Chara in her fight. And she uses her powers to make Chara part of the fight.

How do Mew's powers work? Well, she can use her powers to turn spirits like Chara and Clover, who are invisible spirits, into ghosts like Napstablook. that can be seen and touched by anyone. But since Clover and Chara are fused with Kanako and Asriel, respectively, there's a side effect where a small "chain" connects them, and if Clover and Chara get hurt, Kanako and Asriel will also get hurt, and vice versa. How this "chain" works is that it gives some of the body energy to the spirits to make them a little more physical. at least enough to make them visible and touchable to normal people.

The thing is that normally there's a limit to how far Chara and Clover can get from Asriel and Kanako. But with Mew's powers, that limit is redused because of the "chain".

So, in short, They don't get separated. They actually get forced to stay closer, and if one gets hurt, the other also gets hurt. But because of Mew's powers, Clover and Chara can be seen by other people rather than just the people that they are fused with and other ghosts, and they can be touched by other people that aren't ghosts.

As long as Mew is using her powers. Because Mew has a life of her own, that means that she can't be doing this 24/7. The woman needs to do her live streams.

Boss monster origins in Undertale

One of the most remebered boss monster as far as monsterkind knows was a fox monster by the name of abe no seimei, child of kuzunoha and a human, ancestor of chujin ketsukane, so far one of the only human monster kids I can remember; aside form Asterius aka the Minotaur, child of a cow monster and a human woman, with there probably being more. The boss monster trait is hereditary, And passes form the boss monster parent to the child, so as such, if you go back far enough, the ketsukane and dreemurr family can trace their boss monster heritage to a human. However, it appears it has happened more than once, as when a monster and human have a kid, and the monster is the one how has the kid, since any two monsters can have a kid, regardless of gender, sex, body type, a boss monster of the same species as the monster parent will be born form the monster, nobody is sure what happens if a female human carries the child of a monster. Also if a boss monster has a child with any other monster, the result will always be a boss monster, even if one parent is a non boss monster, as the ketsukane family shows us, ceroba isn’t a boss monster while chujin is, and their child, kanako, is a boss monster.
