So... my mom was kind of the worst over Easter weekend. We ended up staying home since my girl was sick, and she blew up about it. 🙄 I only go to these fake family holidays to appease her, see my niblings & eat food. But she took it and twisted it all to fuel her outburst. She straight but called me a liar about why we didn't come and then tried to guilt trip me. Which, whatever, but don't message my soon to be wife and call her a liar and try to guilt her as well...so after chewing "mother" out about she got petty and I basically blocked her on everything lol I'm just gonna keep her in time out for a while.

By the way she didn't check or ask if either of us were OK or anything. 🙄 parents kinda suck sometimes. Also! The audacity she had to put quotations "" around the word wife as she responded to me! Like I was about to come for your throat..anywho. I'm don't with the rant lol

Just rewatched these on Netflix!! I kinda forgot how heavy it gets towards the end 😅😅 but yes, I totally agree. She would lose it.

I love that in Catching fire Katniss comes to the conclusion the other tributes are trying to keep Peeta alive because they must see how amazingly perfectly wonderful he is. When in actuality that’s just her having a crush and everyone else recognizing that if Peeta gets hurt Katniss will go fully feral and unhinged and probably try to kill everyone and then herself.
