It was during summer break when he first met you. It was pure coincidence, or so he thinks.

His mom had kicked him out of the house to get some groceries. He dragged his feet down the sidewalk and reached the nearest supermarket.

“Milk…..Soy Sauce……the heck is a butt pudding”

Skimming through the list his mom left him, he encountered some strange items. As he tried to figure out what in the world, were those things written on the list, he bumped into someone.

(h/c) hair appeared in front of him.

“Oh, Chi! Hey, what cha doing?”

“Chi?”

He was stunned, no one had called him so intimately. Even his mother only called him by his first name. But who was this person? He swear he never saw them before. Sure he wasn’t the most sociable person, but he had no recollection of this person in front of him.

“Who are you?”

He blurred out. They looked surprised that he had not recognized them. Then it seems a light bulb was lit in their head. Revealing a knowing smile, they stuck a hand out and introduced themself.

“Hi, I’m (l/n) (f/n).”

It was a simple introduction, but Chihiro didn’t understand why his heart was beating so fast. Mirroring their action he also introduced himself.

For the next week, the (h/c) haired beauty followed him around. At first he was annoyed, who was the person following him around and calling him so intimately, so he made things harder for them, hoping to chase them away. But slowly he got used to their presence.

“Hey”

They were walking him back from the arcade, when he called out.

“Hmm?”

They twirled around, and looked at him.

The sight was beautiful. An image he wanted to burn into his head. (h/c) hair swaying in the wind and the sunset hitting perfectly on their face. A gentle smile on their lips as they answered.

“How do you know me?”

This question had plagued his mind ever since they met. They knew everything about them to the point it was creepy. Things that he didn’t even know himself. In the beginning he had suspected him of being a stalker, but that was ruled out. He would have known if he was being stalked since there were cameras everywhere in the neighborhood. The more he thought about it the more confused he became.

“Hahahahahahahahahahaha”

He watched with wide eyes as he looked at her burst into laughter.

“Did I say something?”

They continued to laugh, occasionally gasp for air. They were cackle like they had heard the funniest joke in the world. Chihiro stood there confused as to what to do.

“D-d-d-don’t w-worry bout it”

They managed to get out before bursting out in another round of laughter.

Confused was an understatement, he didn’t understand what he had said to warrant such a reaction. However watching you laugh till your sides hurt, allowed him to pop a smile of his own. After a solid 10 minutes, you finally calmed down, occasionally still stifling a chuckle. You spotted a convenient store and decided to buy a snack to eat on the way to his home.

By the time you guys came out of the convenient store it was already dark out. Munching on your popsicle, you guys engaged in a one sided conversation, with you mostly talking, about your future aspirations.

Summer vacation soon came to an end. Both of you sat by a river bank, chatting about random things.

“Will you still be here?”

Chihiro suddenly blurred out. In contrast to his expectations, you shook your head.

“Most likely not, I need to go back, there’s someone waiting for me”

He was losted. He wasn’t sure what to do. Tell them to stay? No, that’s too selfish of him. He could only watch as they spent their last moments together. Until something caught his eyes.

Their hands. It was fading. He tried to say something but they only shook their head and stated it was their time to go. Quickly their hands disappeared, followed by their arms and soon they were gone.

He went home that day, feeling dazed, like he was dreaming. Even the next day, he was still in a trancelike state. He didn’t bother socializing with his classmates, not like he ever did. Days passed with him spacing out in class, going to the rooftop and reading his light novels. Everything was so mundane until he caught sight of something.

(h/c) hair, (e/c) eyes and most importantly that smile.

He could never forget that smile.

Slowly he made his way towards them. Chihiro noticed how much younger you are, he thought it was your sibling but no one can imitate that smile, not even family. He ended up standing off to the side, instead of speaking to you.

He was determined to crack this mystery, before he remembered something you said, and it clicked. He absolutely one thousand percent sure, you were the one.

Standing up from his seat on the rooftop, he walked down the stairs, into the hallways, hoping to see you again, until he bumped into someone.

Looking down, it was you.

It felt like Deja Vu. A beautiful encounter.

Hot. It’s so hot. This year’s July was basically hell. All you wanted to do was to huddle up in your room watching anime snacking on some chips and soda. But noooo Kagami and Kuroko insistes to taking you out to the new mall that just opened up. Not that you were complaining, since you still had to buy some stationery for the new school year.

But as revenge, you dragged both of them to almost every store and spent at least an hour in each of them. No gonna lie, Kuroko and Kagami make wonderful models. Kuroko could really pull off an aloof cool kid look while Kagami has more of a delinquent vibe.

Either way you had a hell lot of fun dressing them up. Although you can’t say the same for them. They looked like they just played 17 basketball games within the last 4 hours.

“Umm! Wait!”

You heard Kagami yell as you were about to walk into another store. You looked back at their tired figures. Kagami tried to balance an abnormal amount of bags with kuroko beside him trying to balance two. It was an odd sight.

“Hm? What’s wrong?”

In all honesty you knew they couldn’t handle a full blown shopping trip, nevertheless you were surprised they held out this long. You decide you’ve tortured them enough for today and let them off the hook.

“Ahh….ehhh..”

You watched in amusement as Kagami struggled to come up with an excuse to stop you from entering another store. Finally Kuroko spoke up, saving Kagami.

“Let’s get lunch”

He struggled to point his left hand towards Maji Burger.

“YES! YES! LET'S GET LUNCH”

You swore you saw fire in his eyes. Letting out a sigh, you allowed them to do as they wish and walked to Maji Burgers. You ordered a normal burger set consisting of a burger, medium soda, and medium fries. While Kagami ordered at least 20 different burgers and a large soda. Strangely you never saw Kuroko order but he was already waiting for you guys with a vanilla shake.

“Alright, tell me what’s wrong”

“W-W-What do y-y-you mean”

Kagami started sweating buckets, looking at anywhere but you. They were really suspicious from the beginning. Asking you out randomly, insisting that you should stay longer, and their reaction just proved that they’re hiding something from you.

“Y/n-San, I heard there’s a new arcade that opened up near here. Wanna check it out later?”

“WAIT, RLLY?”

Kuroko nodded his head confirming your thoughts. Successfully diverting your attention on the topic, you gobbled up your burger set and finish within record time.

You guys spent the rest of your day at the arcade (mostly at the claw machine, but you didn’t hear it from me). You noticed something wrong when they continuously check the phone, seemingly looking for a notification. You asked them what was wrong, only for them to assure you that there was nothing wrong.

It was even more suspicious when they insisted on walking you home at 5 pm. The sun was still shining, far from sunset.

As you guys walk up the stairs towards your apartment, you eye them up and down trying to find a clue to their actions. Slowly you unlocked your door and opened it.

“SURPRISE”

You let out a startled scream. Calming down, you surveyed your living room. Balloons of all different colors and messages everywhere, a big banner hanging from the ceiling, a pile of wrapped gifts at the corner of the room, but what caught your eye was the 6 layer (fav. flavor) cake on the coffee table. It was super extravagant, i think we all know was in charge of the cake.

“Oh...right. It’s my birthday today”

“Stupid, even forgot her birthday”

Aomine snarky comments from the side.

“Shapdaup, I thought it was next week”

A dark red blush covered your face. Suddenly you felt a hand patting you on the head, you lifted your head and saw Akashi in front of you.

Before he could say anything, Murasakibara and Midorima started fighting over the cake.

“Alright alright, let’s cut the cake”

You were worried about what you were gonna do with the leftover cake, but with the team effort between Murasakibara, Aomine and Kagami they finished every last crumb and was still hungry. Foreseeing that this would happen, Akashi ordered 2 large pizzas. After everyone was kinda full (it was virtually impossible), you decided to open your presents.

Kise got you a pair of earrings (if you don’t have ear holes, you can always replace it with a necklace or any other jewelry). Midorima got you a lucky item based on your star sign. Kuroko got you basketball keychains. Murasakibara got you his favorite snack, maiubou, not that you were expecting anything else. Kagami and Aomine got you (fav. animal) plushies (somehow without killing each other). You were surprised, you thought they would give you a basketball. Akashi’s present really took the cake. Even you had no idea you wanted this, he already knew.

After unwrapping the gifts, everyone decided to play some board games. As expected, it did not end well. Kagami and Aomine’s rivalry was difficult enough to handle, but Midorima and Murasakibara arguing took it to another level. Only Akashi and Kuroko played the game seriously, while you and Kise tried to calm everyone down.

After what seems like forever, game time finally ended with Akashi winning everything. You looked at the clock and it was 9 pm already. 4 hours of partying had drained any energy you had left.

And that’s how your birthday ended this year, passed out in the living room with your friends.

let’s start with how you met

you guys had literature class together and for plot armor you sat right next to each other

the teacher partnered up you guys up, as you were right next to each other

you often look out the window, glancing at the boy next to you who always seemed asleep

every time you see him asleep, you alway wondered how he never gets caught

especially when the teacher walks by, you feel like your heart was gonna leap out of your chest, but somehow he always gets away scot-free

as usual after class you saw him being kidnapped by the school heartthrob, Kise

you heard from the fangirls that they always have lunch on the rooftops

it’s kinda creepy how they seem to know where they are at all times, but hey who are you to judge

a spark from the corner of your eye caught your attention

on the floor you saw a wallet with a cute basketball charm

curiosity got the best of you and you picked it up from the floor

inside the wallet you saw your partner’s face? He must’ve dropped it today when he got kidnapped

you stared at it unsure what to do, you figured you could give it back to him after lunch, but you didn’t want him to stave

making up your decision, you dragged your body up to the rooftop, there goes your peaceful afternoon

your first encounter was with kuroko when you accidentally sat on him at Maji Burgers

it was an embarrassing experience to say the less, but you were able to hold a proper conversation without the involvement of a project

you found yourself getting closer to him

your second encounter was with Kise

it wasn’t hard to miss him due to the amount of fan girls surrounding him, you saw him being chased by a horde of fangirls

out of the kindness of your heart (you rlly couldn’t stand seeing him like that) you pulled him into an empty science room

during to another plot convenience, the horde of fangirls conveniently ran past you guys without a thought

as thanks for helping him, he treated you to lunch, causing you to attract more attention than necessary, though you appreciated the gesture

your third encounter was with Aomine, when he knocked you out with a basketball

honesty you were just making your way passed the gym, taking a detour to the library, you never imagined you would get hit by a stray basketball

Aomine carried you to to the nurses office and made sure you were ok when you woke up

he assured you that he was only checking up on you due to Satsuki’s nagging, although you had no idea who ‘Satsuki’ was

he ended up waking you home, and getting a popsicle as an apology, tho he’ll never admit it

you have no idea how but these 3 idiots made their way into your life but they did

you spent your lunch joking around with these 3 goofballs, helping out the basketball team when you have time, and cheering for them during official matches

those 3 forcefully introduced you to the rest of the first string

you joined Satsuki in scolding Aomine whenever he fail his exam, hide Kise from his fangirls, and went on dates with kuroko after school

it wasn’t long until you guys were attached to the hips, and for rumors to spread

rumors were like cockroaches, no matter how much you tried to ‘kill’ it, it kept coming back stronger than ever

soon the rumors reached everyone and the bullying commenced

they were mostly from Kise’s fangirls, you tried ignoring them but it started to get worst

thankfully it never reached the point of physical abuse, the furthest it ever amount to was when they purposely ignored you and bashed you

still the the rumors took a mental toll on you, they noticed how you seemed less vibrant as the days pass

they knew the source of your discomfort and try to avert your attention from it however the problem was never fix

whether it’s in the morning or late at night, Bakugo always find something to yell at

the class also started to notice what was going on, and offer to help him apologize

You and Khun have been in a long-distance relationship ever since the floors of tests. You guys entered the tower together. You watched and supported him silently in the dark, only helping when necessary.

Watching him slowly gain friends that he can trust with his life, slowly healing his broken heart after Maria left. You were always there, so when the day you gathered enough courage to tell him how you felt it was nerve-racking. He accepted you felt you were on cloud 9.

Little picnic dates out in the lawn, good morning calls, and good night kisses. It was like a dream that you never want to wake up from. Every day your life was filled with happiness. Even on rainy days, you would spend cuddling with him by your side.

But happy things never last. Things started going south when Baam went missing. You never and will never come to terms with his death. It impacted you if not more than as much as Khun. But you still stayed by his side comforting him. You wanted to do more, help in any way possible. You let him fall once, but no more. This time you will support him.

When he voiced his feelings regarding Rachel, surprise can barely describe how you felt. Disbelief, disappointment, anger, sadness, and most of all confusion spread throughout your body. You wanted to ask Rachel why. Why would you do this?

It completely broke your heart when he wanted to split up with you. You understood that he wanted to keep you safe and he wanted to deal with Rachel himself. But it hurts. You wanted to tell him so badly that you wanted to stay with him. But you didn’t. Maybe it was the look on his face that renders you immobile. You left without him.

Now watching the news, seeing as they reported Khun Aguero Agnis’s death, it broke you completely. You cried yourself to sleep while comforting the rest of the team.

Everyone knew you were hurting. They didn’t know how to approach you. Every day you would put on that fake smile and greet them. The smile that never reached your bloodshot eyes. No one mentioned how they can hear your cries and sniffing at night when you think they are all asleep.

sometimes you wonder if he’s more into science than you

but at the end of the day, he luvs you

he probably won’t initiate the cuddling session but won’t be against it if you ask

he’ll be like “I’m ten billion percent certain that is illogical” while pulling you closer to him

the only way I see him asking for cuddles is when he’s extremely tired or when he’s in a good mood

after a long day of experimenting all he wants is to crawl into bed and have you in his arms
