Starlight express period headcanons!!

Just a warning, some of this is crack. Ok. Maybe a lot of it it crack. Anyway. Tw for period stuff ig

Electra:

The mildest periods in the entire yard. They will complain about it as if they are dying, and love to be pampered. They will not do any work during that time.

Killerwatt:

In contrast to Electra, Killerwatt has horribly painful periods. Easily the worst in the yard, although he tries his best to not show it. My man bleeds through a super+ tampon in 20 minutes. He thinks that Electra’s periods are just as bad, and Electra told him that theirs was worse once. So. It doesn't help that his and Electra’s are synced, so he puts aside his own needs to take care of them. Eventually, when the electrics find out the truth, Electra realizes that they like pampering him more than they like being pampered.

Wrench, Volta, and Joule:

Volta and Joule are both AMAB. Wrench sterilized herself so she wouldn't get periods.

Greaseball:

She used to have very heavy and long periods. However, she has trained herself to expel it in a matter of hours. Once a month, her battle cries echo through the yard for about six hours, then she's done.

Dinah:

Strangely, Dinah hasn't had any periods since she started dating Greaseball. Greaseball screams a little louder since meeting Dinah.

Belle:

Very average periods. She sleeps through most of it.

Tassita:

AMAB. Very well educated and sympathetic.

Pearl:

Lightest periods ever. Literally just spotting for a day and a half.

Slick:

Also pretty average periods, if a bit heavy. Tries to use it as an excuse to miss work (unsuccessfully)

Lumber:

AMAB. He is very chill about it, so many assume he has a good education. They assume wrong. Lumber has the CRAZIEST misconceptions about periods. It doesn't help that Slick doesn't correct him and makes it worse. Someone will ask him what he thinks periods are after a weird comment and he'll say "yeah mate a demon crawls out of your butthole once a month and claws off your penis. Chocolate makes the demon more chill."

Hydra:

AMAB. He is horrified by periods. He never had any proper education, and made the terrible mistake of asking Lumber. Slick soaked a tampon in oil and ran out of the bathroom screaming as a prank. He was never the same.

Porter:

Same level of chill as Lumber, but with a proper education. He thinks Lumber has the same education, and thinks the reason Hydra is so afraid is bc he's a little baby.

Rusty & Momma:

Momma is post-menopausal. Rusty is AMAB. Momma made sure he had a very extensive, borderline traumatizing education.
