Some of the design work I have done for the nonprofit I work for. These are all invitations for our Annual Volunteer Recognition Event held every year to honor our volunteers.

I was a volunteer photographer at an Orlando Pride Parade a couple of years ago. It was a lot of fun but a loooooong day.

With so much going on in the world Not knowing what will happen A crossroad turns into another crossroad into another into... Trying to understand Trying to keep going I was going to write something about design and imagery and how it can change views and give understanding, but it seemed empty because of so many people who are suffering around the world and we have the means to help them, but then stop, then they die and that is all I can think about.

I want to be inspired punched in the face Weightless somewhere between exhaustion, pain, calmness I want to feel like I have no boundaries Flying through the air off a building Woken up and filled with thoughts, feelings, creativity

Yesterday, I attended a grant workshop with the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation. The NBA Foundation was also there this time and everyone had some great info. Brainstorming ideas, we will try and apply for a grant to continue our awesome pen pal program!

I found myself one weekend at my usual dance place on a steamy evening. Had a drink at the bar downstairs, dark and comforting. This is a tiny place, with a vibe that draws people to the velvety red heavy curtains hanging in the window. Upstairs I went, climbing the narrow stairs to a small bar, a DJ stand, and the rest was a dance floor. This is a place that was meant to be danced in. Glass Candy was playing that night, live, and it was a really cool, great time that I probably will never forget.

We are made of stories—tangled like roots, but always blooming in unexpected ways.

The week was hectic, and so much was going on. The sun invited me outside to find the cool morning welcoming me. (the plant with the spiky shadow at one time was just a house plant)

The week ended with a beach of cool sand and the sound of waves calming my soul and the sun fueling my spirit. Short-lived reprive from life.

I have to admit, the opening music from "The Ossan Newbie Adventurer, Trained to Death by the Most Powerful Party, Became Invincible" goes so good with the imagery. I was like "wtf" when I first heard it haha!
