I seriously love this idea! The only reason why I would think they didn't put them in the games is because they were lazy with the graphics and skins.

For a series that takes place in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, Fallout has a weird lack of amputee/prosthetic-using characters. There’s Proctor Ingram in Fallout 4, and … that’s it? I can’t think of a single other. Give Us More Prosthetics In Fallout.
