Inka Tumi Pendant Handmade 950 Silver encrusted Inka Tumi with mother of pearl shell, spondylus, chrysocolla and sodolite & turquoise. The Tumi is a ceremonial knife found in Andean Pre-columbian civilizations. The handle of the artifact represents the God Sun (Tayta Inti) and at the bottom a semi-circular blade gives this artifact its unique and sacred form. The Tumi was used for ceremonial sacrifices, sun festivities and cranial surgery, an artifact of great importance for the Inkas, Moches, Paracas and other civilizations from the region.

The Chakana (Stepped Cross in Q'chua) is the most important symbol in Andean history and present. It 's geometry represents the cosmovision of ancestral civilizations, it is a bridge between the human world (Kay Pacha), the cosmos (Hanaq Pacha) and the underworld inhabited by our spiritual guides (Uqhu Pacha). Within it's sacred geometry we find the 4 elements (Earth, Wind, Fire & Water), a monthly and a seasonal calendar illuminating knowledge on the movement of our planet and its effects on all beings. The center symbolizes the essence of creation, the connection amongst all creatures and living beings which include, mountains, stones and everything that makes up this world.
