I've seen a lot of posts talking about Gallicea and Cassandra as siblings, but not many talking about that fact that Sol is cannonically Cassandra's brother. I can't stop thinking about Sol - her big brother who let Cassandra's own followers betray her and never tried to help. He officiated Cassandra's marriage and then swallowed up her wife's domain. Even now, his followers are menacing her single remaining cleric, trying to get her kicked out of school and convert her - which, by the way, would kill Cassandra. I hope Fantasy High Senior year is just "we're level 20 and we're hunting Sol for sport."

not on this site often so idk if anyone else discussed this but can we talk about how sol and galicaea stole cassandra and ankarna’s followers to strengthen their domain. forcing the latter two to become “corrupt” and to play the role of antagonist so it can help sol and gali gain more followers.

thought about this during sophomore year but now i feel like it’s fully confirmed after gorthalax’s lore drop.

and now that i’m thinking about it a lil more, ankarna’s infernal sense of justice fully plays into kipperlilly’s rage. she feels like riz & the other bad kids stole her praise. her achievements. her chance to be a force within the student body. she’s seeking justice for what she believes is rightfully hers. if only she put this amount of effort during sophomore year…

Solomon's Jealousy

Currently farming the Chasseur event, and Solomon's words in the secret ending caught my eye...

Compared to other characters' jealousy, I would say that Solomon is more... chill about it. In this scene at least, you could argue his actions are being done more out of a desire to keep MC safe, especially since the vampire smell could remind him of the danger the brothers put MC through. I feel that he's only slightly aware of how jealous he sounds here, since he questions MC calling him jealous, but admits the vampire smell is more of a problem to him than one at large.

Also, note that he says "the" brothers here.

Solomon's jealousy stems not only from his insecurity, fearing that MC will choose the brothers over him, but also from a point of pride. He prides himself on being MC's teacher, fellow human, and now (only) protector while stuck in the past. He wants to be their most trusted supporter, and makes those feelings clear to MC. He also isn't above pushing others away, with how he says "those brothers", to make them feel more distant. A bit of a red flag, but it just goes to show how Solomon places his darling apprentice above everything.

People are questioning why Sandra Lynn would sleep with Bobby Dawn given how he acts now but I completely understand. I don’t think Sandra Lynn would be attracted to him in present day if she met him as he is now but from personal experience some of the most conservative self righteous preachers have the wildest past. I can see a younger Bobby Dawn being down to do drugs and have affairs and shit. Honestly those hypocrites view it as a badge of honor when they speak of it. Not because of how cool they thought they were but because it’s a great testimony. The amount of times I’ve heard “I used to be of the WORLD I did things that most people couldn’t even imagine but now look at how devoted I am to (Sol)!” I would put money on it that at some point in a sermon Bobby Dawn talked about his affair with a member of his adventuring party and how it was through the grace of Sol and his wife being a devote and faithful follower that he turned his life around. A reformed preacher is often more effective than a preacher who has always walked the straight and narrow. Also I feel like it fits his character to have a sense of self righteousness. His past is of no consequence cause he changed but Sol forbid another young person do what he did at their age.

all he does is lay around camp and act gayly, do we really need an evil advisor
