Trying to reduce the amount of solid foods we're consuming, switching over to soups, puddings, and beverages. Even nibbling rice cakes made me stressed today.

i dreamt i was lying in a bathtub full of snow.
someone was brushing my hair and humming a lullaby
i forgot the words to when i was seven.
i woke up with frost on my fingertips.
do dreams rot if you leave them out too long?

Barely fit into my shorts from being bedridden all the damn time I'm so sick of this.
Exercise makes symptoms worse.
I guess I'd have to do a 100-calorie diet or something? At a loss

The thickness

this picture is so funny to me like the faggot radiating off this image is so warm i could heat my home… he literally went to home depot and bought the finest grade finnish wood 1x12 that cost at least $15 and then put it in a tiny plastic bag…. camp

Last year, I took a look at research on Pubmed about Caralluma fimbriata, a South Asian cactus species. (I am not a doctor or nutritionist and I am not paid by any supplement company, talk to your health care provider about it since supplements can have adverse effects.)
1. A study of fifteen individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome found that C. fimbriata extract helped decrease overeating (a common symptom of PWS).
2. A systematic review of seven studies found that C. fimbriata may decrease waist circumference. However, the authors identified numerous limits on their work, such as the fact that only four of the studies were double-blind, randomized controlled trials (RCT), and that appetite was measured by self-reporting, not by leptin and ghrelin concentrations. I would add that all but one study focused on obese patients, not patients who were at a healthy weight.
3. A 2021 RCT found that after 16 weeks of supplement use, the experimental group began reducing their caloric intake and maintained their weight. Interestingly, around this time, the placebo group increased their intake and gained weight. The study also looked at several biomarkers that I personally found really fascinating.
I decided to give Solaray's C. fimbriata a try, not expecting it to do anything. After a couple of weeks, just the thought of drinking an Ensure made me nauseous. I felt constantly full. My partner made me stop taking it.
Clearly there are applications for it, and I know there's been at least one study on its potential mood-stabilizing effects, but be really, really careful.
Are there any good fat burners/appetite suppressants/diet pills on Amazon?? Just wanted to ask
Also yes on the low cal recipes pls
diet pills aren’t super effective from most of what i read. i usually just take magnesium and metabolism boost supplements (the other method is just a shit ton of la-xit1es)

my kink is more subversive and avant-garde than yours. your kink could be easily understood with a few googlé searches but mine requires lengthy knowledge of classical and modern literature. and it’s more taboo as well.
