Personally, I liked the ending of the series. Given, I don't have anything to compare to, because I wasn't able to find my copies of the last three books. But, I enjoyed how they wrapped things up fairly neatly. Kinda wish they had done something different with Justice Strauss, though. She seemed a bit out of character at the end of Penultimate Peril, in my opinion-

I liked season 3 for the most part too. I thought Penultimate Peril was perfect (thank you Joe Tracz!) If you follow me on Twitter you know I was very worried about those eps lol. The End was good too but what bothered me personally was that bit in Chapter Fourteen where we see the troupe and Fiona etc.........

Did you prefer the book Grim Grotto too?

i never liked that book, there were only three moments i enjoyed: the grotto, the whole poem situation and the scene at the end with mr. poe and kit. imo yes the book did these scenes better so sure i guess i prefer it. 🤪 though the only book i seriously prefer to their episodes would be the vile village.............

Do you know what the “Olaf knows” note meant during the Masqued Ball flashback? That it was Beatrice, not Lemony, throw the dart? Because in the opera flashback he says that Beatrice will burn as if he already knew. Also we know that in reality he IS cleverer than he seems.
