I hate how whenever im in this shitty mood  I will honestly do my best to not say shit that could hurt somebody because that’s not what I want but for some reason what i imagine saying is always turned into something mean I will literally sit there like *thinks of a nice way to explain how i feel* but then what comes out is some spiteful bs that I know hurts the other person then it just gets worse I start doing bad things its like watching someone else control my body

I swear to god i will fight so hard to say what i think and control myself but the things i do and say are evil and nina knows this cause she deals with me all the time and she understands that i struggle with this so shes ok but the fact that i do it at all makes me wonder why im alive i realy want to be dead im a monster and i dont like living
