　“let’s get this over with, yeah?” aveline says, as she puts down her book. adjusting her much needed glasses, she gives a cold stare and an awkward smile. she agreed to the interview, so why the attitude?

　　first, an introduction because who the fuck is avelineshifts?

　　　　　　　　　　　𝚙robably with adhd and cptsd, aveline—not her real name we’ve learned—is a 16 year old Filipina shifter who loves cats and miffy a bit too much for her own good. she’s the girl a part of the multifreaks group chat. she’s the girl who’s always talking about her four boyfriends. she’s the girl who’s always reading shit—whether it’s ao3, a physical book or downloading pdfs on her kindle.

　“ the girl is always reading or writing ” a friend of hers said.

　　　𝚗o matter what hour of the day, 4 p.m. or 3 a.m., she’s on notion or googled docs or whatever device she’s on to focus on a story. probably a dumb decision as she has so many responsibilities trickling down her neck ready to cut her head off. aveline most definitely recounts stories she’s read, without even picking up the book.

　enough talk about books. masks upon masks, words tumble together, failing to make a straight line, who is avelineshifts behind all that?

　　　　𝓮threalmiffy, her counterpart—or maybe the devilish side of her—is a total wreck. forget about aesthetics and tags, all she has are her messy thoughts and unwanted opinions. she’s a new addition to shiftblr but my oh my has she made an introduction. trying not to pick apart her obsession with jinu, that person is a shit show who can’t be consistent.

　　　　like what we said earlier, she probably has something going on in that brain of hers other than the constant stream of random thoughts. a need to please. a delusion to feed. a reality to change. no one really knows what’s going on in there unless you want to dissect her writings upon writings in messy unfinished journals. yes, journals with an s at the end.

　anyhow, on to the basic information. favorites and not. go !

　　　　“ yikes. way to put me on the spot. favorite books are this woven kingdom, the naturals, and the folk of the air. all series because I cannot stand standalones. right now my favorite artist is Micoi. Filipino singer. I prefer gold jewelry to silver, but I wear both. my favorite outfit will always be sweats and a huge t-shirt or hoodie. I love to write a shit ton of projects. do I finish them? no.

　　do I have a favorite boyfriend? no, what the fuck? okay, moving on…

　　　　okay so not favorites. strawberries—and cherries. I give those to Juni. I don’t like seafood, not by choice. I have a physical reaction to it but I still try to eat it. Even if it makes me sick. I hate ai or chatgpt, especially if you’re using it to write books. wait do these even still qualify for not favorites? actually, I don’t care. these are the answers you’re getting. lastly, I hate being dirty. I shower everyday—twice if I’m feeling like it. "
