you know i really thought that with sinners being EXPLICITLY about racism, EXPLICITLY, looking directly at the audience and saying "this is about racism," people MIGHT. MIGHT not be thirsting over the white antagonist to the point of ignoring the black characters. i expected thirsting over remmick and fans for him and probably a massive fandom for mary but thought maybe people would at least TRY to be subtle about it considering the movie looked thtem in the eye and told them to cut that shit out

And then not only the other shit, but I’m definitely not going to ignore what Remmick said to Grace because he totally violated and tortured that woman emotionally like I actually wanted to vomit with that “I know how you liked to be licked” shit, the way people are sexualizing it and using it for thirst when that was literally one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen

Like I can’t even be mad at Grace for what she did because I probably wouldn’t have been able to hold it together. Did it suck she got everyone else killed ? Yes, but I’m not angry at her. That pasty bitch took her husband and his memories, things that were intimate, that was only between those two, and turned them into something disgusting, using them to verbally violate her.
