Yep yep... this feeling that the more i grow up, the more i become sensitive to things i used to not care about, continues its way.

I really don’t know how i’ll end up considering this story.

By the way, if i ever continue this story (because nobody interacts with so nothing actually moves ?) i’ll probably change various things again. With my more recent knowledge and ideas, i’m unpleased about some details that my past self has dropped.

If nothing is real, is the Fuzzyzeppelin fake too? 4 would totally break a nerve if it is.

I had some silly plans for the fluffballoon and physical laws but didn’t think about that yet. And it’s true. Noted !

I feared the dialogues could sound not natural enough considering i’m not a native speaker, but if you’re uncomfy with them, know there’s already someone who’s apparently up to rewrite them :D -> Actually not anymore.

It reminds me i wanted to make a credits page mentioning people who took part in the thing.

What is it ?

An interactively-written story, updated after receiving suggestions from readers ; an approximative line of events has been thought from the beginning to the end but it can change anytime ! Nothing is permanently canon, main characters start without a name, and everyone can contribute in any forms (reasonable ones for sure)

A confused struggling between different layers of reality and their bending, against a nearly lifeless entity having an obscure purpose and motivations

Features characters of diverse identities and divergences ; but be sure to check the TW page before reading, there’s some trauma-related stuff, and the story starts with a bunch of quite negative events including a major fuckup. Stay safe.

My first English story after building up big French science-fantasy novels for a long time, it’s a pleasure to explore new horizons ! (i drew these guys like three or four years ago though)

If you think the story deserves to live, share ! It needs people to fuel it and make it take the best direction possible - and if you don’t like it, constructive criticism could make it better too !

Oh right, now that i’m thinking about it, i could ask...

I’ve let big holes in the beginning of that story and planned to post it this way and let people fill it with their interactions. But considering it, the holes completely cut out one of the main charaters from half of the text and... welp... it’s also positive stuff making an interlude in the middle of screwed up stuff.

Should i fill the gaps with my drafts ? And post something more complete than i thought ?

More than making each character speak differently (as much as i can with my limited english skills), i decided to add colours to make everything more clear.  Because it’s way easier to know who is who with this absence of names, but it could also have some meta uses. And gives more personnality to the whole and i’m all about making each story having their own look.

Also, yes, the story still is really close to be posted, i’m just avoiding it a lot since weeks, as well as i’m avoiding approximately anythings at all. I’m just depressed as fuck. Welp.

I edited a bit the rules and interactivity explanation page, adding some stuff, and also making a Nutshell part because i just remembered people could not have the motivation to read the whole wall of text right at the moment they come here hehe.

Also i thought about how much things could change in the story and all, and thought about the possibility of making it like... a multiverse ? Meaning that if there’s two great suggestions of endings for exemple, both could be written and you pick your favourite one to read. And there could be a possibility of voting for replacing or not some stuff in the main timeline by revised elements readers have written. Speaking of ending, heh, the first i imagined and that was the more likely to be the true one for me, would be exactly what some of my friends would qualify of a shit ending destroying the whole purpose of the story that they would want to ignore and rewrite. Like, good people die and things are never answered, but it’s well done to my point of view. Good thing that the main point of this story is to be rewritten in a better way by the readers, eh ? By the way i already have a more happy ending idea, but it’s not that relevant yet.

There’s a lot of distance to walk before to get there and i want this walk to be pleasant for all of you !

The proofreading by someone else gives me a real overview of the percentage of shit i say the wrong way in english.

Translation problem #7

To be sure that the translated words are the good ones, using a dictionary. Then learning from a native speaker that half of those words are things that are not even really used and or understandable.
