Ran Haitani x fem!reader

Today was a very peaceful Saturday. You wish to spend the entire day with Ran; considering you got a good news to tell him. You tried to sleep in a little longer, your hand fishing for Ran that always sleep beside you. But to your dismay, he was not there. You woke up and searching for Ran through out the entire house until you heard a click from the front door; and Ran coming in. You went to hug his arm, swinging your body left and right in the process, "Hey handsomeee, I was thinking... how about we spend the day catching up with our favourite series and have dinner at night?."

You heard him sighed and forcefully retracted his arm; not even looking at you, "No thank you, I have a lot of work to do." You deflated, feeling quite hurt by his word but still, you insisted on spending time together. That is until, he glared at you while saying, "Can you just shut the fuck up?!! I got headache listening to you! Stop being so clingy! It's not like you are gonna die if I don't spend even an ounce of my time with you, is it?." Ouch... that was not expected from him. You masked your hurt by giving him a smile, "It's okay, I will leave you alone. I am sorry for disturbing you." Ran sighed and walked to your shared bedroom while saying 'thank you.' After you were sure that Ran was fast asleep, you went to retrieve your car keys and purse; deciding to spend time with yourself instead.

[Your POV]

That words kept on repeating in your head. You looked out of your car window to look at the entire city from the highest point of Roppongi. The word kept on haunting you, making you wonder if he was getting bored by your affection? You felt tears wetting your cheeks, you chuckled slightly at that, "How silly of me, thinking that he will always want me to shower him with affection. He is a busy guy too, so he must feel very tired and just want some time to himself," you monologued with yourself.

You went outside the car to get some fresh air. You looked at the city while stroking the ring decorating your delicate finger. Thinking how you're going to break the news to him without annoying him even further... Not realizing that a guy was approaching you from behind. You were suddenly forced into unconcious state and everything went blank.

[Ran's POV]

Back at home, Ran woke up from his sleep after what felt like hours. Looking at the clock, the time was currently at 2:00 p.m. Shoot.. he was supposed to be at the office since 12:00, why didn't you wake him up? He grumbled and called out your name plenty times but no answer. He remembered what he said to you in the morning, feeling guilty and now making a mental note to apologize to you as soon as possible. He stood from the bed and went to get ready for work...

At the office, he was informed by his secretary that the top executives are now gathered at the meeting room for what seems like an urgent discussion. He got there ASAP and apologized for his lateness, Mikey didn't get mad but just look at him pitifully.

"Do you got any calls from the enemy, Haitani?," Mikey looked at Ran making the latter guy dumbfounded. "Err.. whatchu mean, boss?," Ran couldn't help but looked towards his brother direction. "The Black Venom's man called our HQ around 11 a.m. saying that they got hostage with them..," Mikey announced. "So... what that got to do with me? Why shall I expect calls from them?," Ran still didn't understand the situation. "Are u fucking stupid Ran?! Boss meant to say that the enemy got your wife, Y/N!," Sanzu said while shaking his head.

Sanzu's word ringing in his ears making him rushing to retrieve his phone from his pocket. He tried calling you multiple times but it wasn't answered. He was getting impatient and decided to settle things on his own, until Mikey stopped him, "Sit down Haitani.. Keep your composure, I know the news is shocking but we have to discuss this matter first, how we're going to invade them. Considering they just destroy our plan of raiding their base this night." Ran couldn't disobey his order thus, sat down to discuss carefully regarding the plan.

You woke up from your unconciousness, feeling tightness around your limbs. Thus, quick to realize that you were bound to a chair. You looked in front of you to find any clue on where you are but didn't find any.

You suddenly felt something hard hit your head making you scream in pain. You looked upwards and saw a guy with baseball bat smiling sinisterly at you. You couldn't help but scream loudly to get any source of help. The guy once again hit you, this time around your chest to stop you from screaming. You fell backward making the chair also fell down with you. You tried asking for his sympathy but he didn't listen to you. He grabbed his phone from his backpocket and dialed a number.

After the third rings, someone on the other side of the call answered, "Hello, who is this?." The guy directed his phone towards you and changing the mode to video call, making you hear scream from the person in the other line. "What the fuck are you doing with my wife?!." Oh, that was actually your husband, Ran...

"I didn't do anything but maybe swing my baseball bat lightly to keep her shut her big-fat-mouth up hahaha," the guy looked at you making you felt like vomitting. "I swear when I got you, I will kill you as slowly as possible, as a payback for your action!," you heard Ran warning the guy, in which you couldn't help but smile a little. This action of yours made the enemy mad and started hitting you again and again, until you're coughing a lot of blood. "Is this how you're going to torture me? Dream on, you won't even able to reach me as we're currently at a very remote location," the guy zoomed in on your face making it very obvious that you're in a very critical state, your face is all beaten up.

Ran was about to warn him again but the enemy has ended the call. Ran couldn't control his emotion and started to punch the wall behind him until his fist was bleeding, "Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! I shouldn't have say that to her. If that is the case, she will still be safe at home," he started to cry. Rindou went to calm him down and said that the plan will take action as soon as possible once the ammo are stocked up in the cars boot. "I felt guilty that I yelled at her this morning, she sounded so excited too, telling me to spend time with her. I am such as stupid husband for not listening to her request. After what felt like days, I finally have time to be at home," Ran confessed his guilt. Rindou was about to comment on it, but was interrupted by one of the subordinates telling the executives that everything is ready. Everyone stood up and got ready to beat up that fucker and his gang.

You were pulled up by the enemy guy quickly. The guy cut the rope, and screamed at you to move as quickly as possible to the rooftop. You didn't want to anger him so you follow his order.

Reaching to the rooftop enable you to see numerous vehicles parked at the front entrance. Noticing one of them is what seems like Ran's car. You felt like fate is by your side so you couldn't help but scream that you're in the rooftop. The enemy guy that was by your side felt really angry that you gave away his whereabouts; leading to him landing a punch directed to your chest. You felt dizzy now that you has loss too many blood. You heard footsteps getting nearer and the enemy was looking much more uneasy. The rooftop door was barged open, revealing non other than your husband, Ran. You smiled weakly at him, but the smile was suddenly wiped off your face when you felt bullet hitting your chest. The enemy laughed at the Bonten members, saying how they were too late. Ran shot the guy in the head and ran to hug you, but all you could feel now is numbness throughout your body.

Your mouth kept on spilling blood, making your husband panic at the sight, "Fuck it! Come over here medic! What are you doing there?! We have to be quick, she's losing a lot of blood already!." Ran screamed at the medic team who were now rushing towards you.

"Hey baby... please stay awake yeah?," he stroked your cheek lovingly while tears were pooling in his eyes. "We will go home and spend time together as you wish this morning, yeah?," he felt himself chocking up on his words. You looked at him, hands trying to engulf his face close to you though your limbs felt as if they were screaming at you. "Ran...," you smiled at him. Ran held your hands and kissing each of them. "Do you remember, our promise back in highschool?," you try to refocus your sight to him as it slowly becomes unclear. "Yeah baby...I remember how we promised to love each other dearly, ensuring it won't fade though we already have kids together in the future..," he couldn't help but felt the tears rapidly streaming down his cheeks. "So tell me, Ran. Do you still love me?," you stopped to take a shallow breath. "Of course I do! I love you so much that words couldn't even described it!," he held your hands tighter. "But, why it seems like your love for me is fading? You don't look as excited like you always do when you looked at me this morning," you felt your heart twisted at the reminder of what he said to you this morning. "Baby, I don't get it. What do you mean?," he tried to make a connection from your words. "I am pregnant Ran, it has been 3 months. I tried to tell you this, but you dismissed me. It hurts Ran, it hurts when you said I am clingy. It seems like you don't get excited for us," you started seeing white lights from above, making you felt quite nervous leaving him behind. You heard him saying 'I'm sorry' for many times until it sounded too far away from you.

Ran cried and cried, mouthing 'I'm sorry' non-stop. That is...until the medic called him and shook their head no. Ran felt like his world was crumbling apart. Not only did he lost you, he also lost the baby made out of love by the both of you. He felt like fainting, screaming to you to come back and saying he didn't mean the words he said this morning. Everything went blank as Rindou now rushed to Ran to embrace his unconcious body.

It was now the day after your tragic death, a funeral was conducted in honor of you. Many people came to show their respect to you. All Ran could do was stare blankly at each of them as they neared your coffin. From the corner of his eyes, he could see a woman walking towards him with something in hand. The woman he remembered as your bestfriend looked at him with teary-red-eyes while handing the box to him, "Open this at home, don't cause a scene here. I want the last farewell for my bestfriend to be as peaceful as possible," she said then walked away. Ran looked at the box, it looks very simple; how you would like it. Ran couldn't help but cried a bit remembering you.

[Ran's POV]

The box has been placed on the bedside table since he got back from your funeral. Honestly speaking, he was afraid to open them. He wondered why your bestfriend glared at him with nothing but hatred in her eyes; it shows how whatever inside this box, must be something that is very important to you.

Seconds passed by and finally he bravely opened them and could see a letter on top of a soft fabric. He read the content:

"I am glad to be able to spend my life with you. I wish nothing but the best for our love journey. In whatever situation, I hope our love remain strong as it has always been. What I am about to show you is something that is very important to me; it has some part of me and you. I have never seen them before but I already know that it is the best thing that ever happened in my life. Take a look at it by yourself, love <3"

After reading the letter, he pulled up whatever it is inside the box. Plop! He heard something dropped by his feet, he retrieved it and noticed it is a pregnancy test. He started to get emotional over this, now fully expecting the other items inside the box.

Tang! The box dropped. He frozed...he did not...

Yeah, he may expected the other items inside the box to be baby stuff...

But...

What he didn't expect is...

There are two sets of them...

2 pair of shoes...

2 clothes...

2 baby bottles...

And lastly...

2 ultrasound pictures; showing the twins resided in your womb.

Ran felt like he couldn't breath, he felt like dying. Not only he lost you, but he also lost his baby, two of them actually.

Ran sworn to himself that he will never forgive himself for ruining what the future holds for him. He wish that God could burn him in hell as long as possible to clean him off his sins, no matter how may years it takes. Just to enable him living his life with you and his 2 babies still alive by his side in another life.

The whole situation in Wano settled down. With Kaido being defeated by Luffy, and his subordinates being captured and thrown into prison. Wano had become the prosperous kingdom it was before the tragedy. Everyone is allowed to enjoy their day without being restricted by any rules implemented during Kaido's ruling. So here you are with Hiyori and Yamato wandering around the capital to pass the time. As you are walking, you couldn't help but remember the moment you came across King, the subordinate of Kaido. Thinking back on how your ring finger had tingled right when you saw him. You felt weird thinking back about it as you recalled your grandma's story about the red string of fate which will be experienced by two soulmates. You laughed at the thought, there was no way your soulmate was going to be King. As a matter of fact, it will be impossible considering you're a Straw Hat member thus, such relationship with King will only cause dispute to arise.

Being pulled back into reality, you noticed a man spying on you from one of the alleyways. You grabbed tightly onto your knives, while ensuring not to alert Hiyori and Yamato so as to not cause panic. You dismissed yourself from them and cautiously followed the man. Upon realizing your presence, the man seems to quicken his step and ran into a secluded garden. You almost didn't get to catch up to his pace but thanks to your knives, you were able to halt his movement. The man stopped running due to shock after your knives were thrown to the ground blocking his way. You looked closely and that's when you saw him. King. The man in front of you. "Why...why are you still here? I thought all of you had been taken to the prison?", you asked nervously. "I got lucky and fled myself before they could catch me," King looked to the ground. "Why are you spying on us? Are you trying to hurt Hiyori-san?", you suspected him of having ill-intention towards Hiyori considering his brother is now the new ruler of Wano. "Silly, it's not because of that...," he retorted, "It is you I was spying on." You were about to attack him when he suddenly grabbed your hand. "Don't you... don't you feel the presence of the red string of fate on your ring finger the first time we met?", he looked you in the eye. Hoping to get the expected response from you.

"Now that I think of it.. I did feel a tingling sensation there. Regardless, why would you wanna know about it?", you still in a state of alertness, preparing for his next move. He sighed and engulfed you in a comforting hug. Then and there he spilled about the story of the red string of fate, and how he witnessed it with his own eyes upon meeting you for the first time. You don't know why, but listening to his confession made you want to believe his words. Truth be told, after some consideration, you do wanna get to know him more. If he indeed was your soulmate. However, realizing the situation going on in Wano right now, you were unsure whether introducing him to the Straw Hats would be a good decision. You sighed and decided to give him a chance, reminding him that you only have 2 days left before leaving Wano.

On the first day,

King and you met at the same garden as before. King reasoned that it is best to get to know each other in a peaceful environment like this. You could still feel the awkwardness going on between you and King. It was understandable though, considering he was your enemy during the battle in Onigashima. Thus, the tension may still be there between you two.

Despite that, King tried to break the tension by asking you questions about yourself; wanting to get to know you better. Not only that, but he also shared some details about himself, such as how particular he is about certain foods. And his favorite things to do in his free time. By the end of the day-one, both of you had known pretty much everything about one another. You could say that you enjoyed spending time with him. Though it was boring at first, but you managed to find an activity or two to enjoy together; fishing at the nearby lake and painting.

On the second day,

You couldn't help but feel excited while getting ready. Opting from a Kimono to a midi sundress.

King was waiting at the same garden, seating on a bench. He turned his gaze towards his right upon feeling someone walking closer to him. He was astonished after looking at you; 'how beautiful,' he thought. You cleared your throat after feeling his intense gaze on you too long for your comfort, you walked closer to him and interlocking your fingers with his; leading him to the next destination while your face displayed the obvious blush.

Now here you are at the capital, enjoying the lively environment there. In which, Wano citizens are still celebrating to welcome their beloved ruler from the Kozuki clan. Thus, there are still many booths in the capital; selling a variety of foods and promoting fun games there. You could sense King becoming a little bit jittery, and realizing this made you come closer to him and whispering comforting words like, "Calm down, they won't notice as long as you keep the mask on," and "It's okay, I'm here so no one will be suspicious of you." Hearing your words really works wonders on his racing heart, he was thankful that you didn't blow his cover and just comforted him as well as you could.

With him feeling less anxious, you just smiled at him and guided him through the booths. Enjoying the plethora of foods and games there. Laughing to your heart's content, forgetting about the worries both of you had just experienced.

By the end of the day, both of you shared a kiss under the firework's display. With people all around you cheering joyfully.

Packing your belongings, you were getting ready to sail back to the sea with the Straw Hats after having been in Wano for quite a while. You were walking to the ship to assist the crew with the boxes and stuff. Once finished and about to return to the castle, you heard Luffy calling out your name, "Y/N, wait." You don't know why but you could feel your heart running miles, feeling nervous for some reason. "I know you have been seeing someone for the past 2 days," Luffy said while looking at the sea. You suddenly felt tears streaming down your cheeks, while profusely apologizing and promising to not do such thing again. You stopped upon hearing Luffy's laugh, "Why are you sorry? I didn't say I want to reprimand you for that. I just want to make sure whether you are serious with him or not."

You couldn't believe yourself whether you hadn't really been hearing things. You looked at Luffy in disbelief, "Are you for real, Luffy?" Luffy just smiled and came closer to pat your shoulders, "Yes I am. Thus, I'm giving you options whether you want to stay in Wano with him. Or you want to continue your journey with us but leave him behind without knowing what will happen to him due to the isolated area of Wano."

So which one would you choose? I will leave the rest to y'all imagination 😝

BEING AWAY FROM THEM FOR SOME WEEKS

Shiba Taiju, Sano Shinichiro, Haitani Ran

SHIBA TAIJU

"When are you coming back, baby?," the guy on the other line inquired. "Can you like stop asking me same question for the past 2 weeks already?," you tsked. "Brat, I'm just asking ya know," you could feel him rolling his eyes by the tone of his voice. "Hehe sorry love, I promise I will come back ASAP once my event is done here. Mwah, TTYL!," you hung up. Fast forward, you came back to Japan after 4 days since the call. You arrived at Taiju's house a.k.a Black Dragon's HQ where you could see most of his subordinates were bandaged up. "What the...," your thoughts were interrupted upon hearing some yelling, HIS yell to be exact. You entered the house to witness Taiju beating up his subordinate with a baseball bat. "Care to explain?," you inquired which led to Taiju stopping his action, and the subordinate repeatedly bow at you while saying thank you. Kokonoi came into the frame while laughing, "He got WILD when you were not by his side, so he released the pent up stress towards these guys." Taiju let go of the bat and walked towards you, "Tch! They are lucky that you are here already. If not, I swear I could go rampage and kill half of these useless guys." You looked at him dead in the eyes while shaking your head, "You maniac, how do I even like you in the first place." Taiju just shrugged and took you to ride on his motorcycle while enjoying your presence again.

SANO SHINICHIRO

You were watering the plant in your parents' garden when suddenly your phone started ringing. You went to retrieve them before greeting the other person on the line, "Hello babe!." You could hear rustling which may indicates that the person was still in bed. "Hey darling, I miss you so much! Can you come home by today? Ahhh I literally haven't eaten properly since you left," which continued by the sounds of Emma's nag telling him to get his ass off the bed and go to work already. You could hear a loud 'hey gimme back!' before Shinichiro's voice was replaced with Emma's on the other line, "Hey Y/N, when are you coming back? This lazybum has been off his job for 3 weeks now, reasoning that he doesn't have enough energy to work. Ugh I really hate to tell you this but can you please please PLEASE come back ASAP. Istg he has been losing a lot of weight already ugh!." You talked with them for some minutes more before having to hang up. You felt guilty and tried to talk about it with your parents, in which they agreed that you should go back home to Shinichiro as your mom has been getting better from her sickness. Thus, the next day, you arrived at Tokyo. You didn't tell Shinichiro about your plan so upon seeing your face by the main door, Shinichiro dropped to his knees to hug your legs tightly while crying like a baby. "Please don't leave me ever again! If you need to go to your hometown, bring me with you so that we will not be separated huwaaa 😭😭," he messily crying, ruining your pants with his tears and snots. You just laughed at his behavior but still agreeing to his suggestion. "Ahh, this man is gonna be the death of me lol," you monologued in your head.

HAITANI RAN

You wouldn't lie that leaving this house in the hands of Ran's is really.... unnerving. This man literally loves to cause trouble at home, which most of the time leading you to feel like dying is a better option. Why is that? Cuz this man lovessSSS to pull 'harmless' pranks that drive you crazy, like right now; "Babeee, do you think the fish in the fish tank could survive if I put a sprinkleee of chilli flakes in the water?," Ran showed you the fish tank via the facetime. "Don't you dare Ran! That is MY fish so don't do this crazy shit unless you don't want me coming home again," you threatened him. "Hmmm...," he walked closer to the tank while shaking what seems like the small container of the chilli flakes you frequently use. "AHHH! ISTG DON'T!!," you screamed at him while saying profanity words. "HAHAHAHHA!!," you could see his camera shaking from his laugh, he later on flipped the camera to front facing him. "Dumbass babygirl, I would never do bad shit like that to animals you know 😔. Though I kill people on a daily basis. What kind of a maniac do you think I am? ☹️," he jutted his lower lip faking sadness. You glared at him through the screen while 'promising' that you are going to beat his ass once you come back. In the end, that promise was fulfilled by you beating his back with the frying pan he bought you on your birthday <3

AFTERMATH OF THE BREAKUP

Haitani Ran, Ryuguji Ken (Draken), Hanemiya Kazutora, Haruchiyo Sanzu

Haitani Ran

It has been 3 months since your relationship with Ran ended in a bad term. Deciding to move from Roppongi to Okinawa to avoid meeting up with him again.

Unbeknownst to you, a guy was following behind while you're doing grocery shopping. After failed attempts to reach the product in the higher rack, suddenly a guy was helping you out.

"Thank you so much-," you were left silent after seeing that the guy was actually your ex; Ran. He looks handsome as always. But, you could see the obvious eyebag.

"How you doing?," he smiled, trying to start a conversation with you but, you just ignored him and pushed your cart forward.

He didn't stop pestering you, until you has had enough and slapped his face. "Don't you feel ashamed? Showing your face after you cheated on me with that 'work-wife' of yours?!," you glared at him.

He explained that he was drunk at that time. However, he paused his words after seeing the disgusted look in your face.

"I couldn't bear looking at you. It reminds me how stupid I am to trust you. Hah, my friends were right about you; you indeed couldn't keep your dick in your pants," you smirked and walked away.

Ran felt like his world started to collapse. Witnessing your hostile behaviour towards him has proven how you don't wanna get back with him no matter what.

Ryuguji Ken (Draken)

You and Draken started dating after 3 years of Emma's death. Motivating him daily has led to him starting to open his heart to you.

But things weren't always nice and easy. It indeed was very hard for someone to move on from his past lover.

That's why, after only about 2 years of dating, you decided to broke things off with Draken after you has had enough of him comparing you with Emma.

Emma this, Emma that; you were tired of hearing his complaints.

Though he looked like he didn't care back then, but why is he always reaching out to you now?

He looks so desperate trying to win you back. Showing his effort by buying you flowers every week, which ended up disposed in the dustbin at your office.

Today remains the same routine of his. But you decided to give him your piece of mind once you saw him walking towards the receptionist counter.

You dragged him outside the building where your co-workers couldn't see you. "Can you stop all this nonsense?," you sighed.

"But baby-," he couldn't finish his words when you suddenly took the flowers and placed it on his motorbike.

"I am not your baby, and I don't need your flowers. Why not giving them to Emma, considering she may need them more to decorate her grave?," you couldn't help but saying deep and harsh words.

There, Draken was left heartbroken. He realized how all of his action of comparing you and Emma has led to you hating both of them.

Oh lord, how he wish you would care for him one more time.

Hanemiya Kazutora

Being in a relationship with Kazutora was challenging, he always scold you for things that are even miniscule; blaming you for it. Thus, you decided it was best to separate with him, as he tend to get physical with you.

Visiting the hospital for how many times now, that you don't even remember; getting psychology treatment to treat your mental health from past abusive relationship.

You were busy listening to music that you didn't notice that you has bumped into someone. The person sighed in annoyance, that is, when you heard your name being called in shocked tone, "Y/N?."

You frozed in place, looking up at the person. Oh, it's Kazutora. You got up and said sorry as quickly as possible before getting away.

You felt your hand being pulled, and you couldn't help but flinch. "Hey, hey sweetheart, it's okay. I won't hurt you." You still your position, didn't dare to look at the man who had inflicted pain upon you before.

Kazutora felt a pang of hurt in his heart, looking at how you're terrified of him. He felt tears running down his cheeks, profusely saying sorry while saying he missed you so much and how his mental health is declining.

You looked at him dead in the eyes. Though feeling scared but you tried to stood your ground. "Yeah? And what about me? What about all the things that you said, and pain that you inflicted on me before huh? Answer me Hanemiya," you said in heavy tone.

Kazutora didn't like how you're saying his first name. It was always Kazu or baby; anything but Hanemiya. Nevertheless, he tried to reason with you how he never intended to do those things, saying that he wasn't in the right state of mind.

You scoffed and warned him how if he still loves you, he should just leave you alone. Kazutora was about to say something but you dismissed him, and just walk forward leaving your past behind.

After that encounter, Kazutora still trying to reach out to you by visiting you at home or workplace. That is until one day, he was forced to stop his action once knowing that you has moved to another country with no one knowing your whereabouts.

Haruchiyo Sanzu

Dating Sanzu was never a boring experience. He's wild and loves to party, which at last causing you to not being able to keep up with his behavior.

Lucky for you, the break up was easy as Sanzu too thinks that you're too boring, and always acting like a 'nagging bitch'. Thus, deciding to also let you go.

At that moment, Sanzu knew he fucked up real bad by messing up the relationship you guys had before.

You heard him sighed and forcefully retracted his arm; not even looking at you, "No thank you, I have a lot of work to do." You deflated, feeling quite hurt by his word but still, you insisted on spending time together. That is until, he glared at you while saying, "Can you just shut the fuck up?!! I got headache listening to you! Stop being so clingy! It's not like you are gonna die if I don't spend even an ounce of my time with you, is it?." Ouch... that was not expected from him. You masked your hurt by giving him a smile, "It's okay, I will leave you alone. I am sorry for disturbing you." Ran sighed and walked to your shared bedroom while saying 'thank you.' After you were sure that Ran was fast asleep, you went to retrieve your car keys and purse; deciding to spend time with yourself instead.

That words kept on repeating in your head. You looked out of your car window to look at the entire city from the highest point of Roppongi. The word kept on haunting you, making you wonder if he was getting bored by your affection? You felt tears wetting your cheeks, you chuckled slightly at that, "How silly of me, thinking that he will always want me to shower him with affection. He is a busy guy too, so he must feel very tired and just want some time to himself," you monologued with yourself.

You went outside the car to get some fresh air. You looked at the city while stroking the ring decorating your delicate finger. Thinking how you're going to break the news to him without annoying him even further... Not realizing that a guy was approaching you from behind. You were suddenly forced into unconcious state and everything went blank.

Back at home, Ran woke up from his sleep after what felt like hours. Looking at the clock, the time was currently at 2:00 p.m. Shoot.. he was supposed to be at the office since 12:00, why didn't you wake him up? He grumbled and called out your name plenty times but no answer. He remembered what he said to you in the morning, feeling guilty and now making a mental note to apologize to you as soon as possible. He stood from the bed and went to get ready for work...

At the office, he was informed by his secretary that the top executives are now gathered at the meeting room for what seems like an urgent discussion. He got there ASAP and apologized for his lateness, Mikey didn't get mad but just look at him pitifully.

"Do you got any calls from the enemy, Haitani?," Mikey looked at Ran making the latter guy dumbfounded. "Err.. whatchu mean, boss?," Ran couldn't help but looked towards his brother direction. "The Black Venom's man called our HQ around 11 a.m. saying that they got hostage with them..," Mikey announced. "So... what that got to do with me? Why shall I expect calls from them?," Ran still didn't understand the situation. "Are u fucking stupid Ran?! Boss meant to say that the enemy got your wife, Y/N!," Sanzu said while shaking his head.

Sanzu's word ringing in his ears making him rushing to retrieve his phone from his pocket. He tried calling you multiple times but it wasn't answered. He was getting impatient and decided to settle things on his own, until Mikey stopped him, "Sit down Haitani.. Keep your composure, I know the news is shocking but we have to discuss this matter first, how we're going to invade them. Considering they just destroy our plan of raiding their base this night." Ran couldn't disobey his order thus, sat down to discuss carefully regarding the plan.

You woke up from your unconciousness, feeling tightness around your limbs. Thus, quick to realize that you were bound to a chair. You looked in front of you to find any clue on where you are but didn't find any.

You suddenly felt something hard hit your head making you scream in pain. You looked upwards and saw a guy with baseball bat smiling sinisterly at you. You couldn't help but scream loudly to get any source of help. The guy once again hit you, this time around your chest to stop you from screaming. You fell backward making the chair also fell down with you. You tried asking for his sympathy but he didn't listen to you. He grabbed his phone from his backpocket and dialed a number.

After the third rings, someone on the other side of the call answered, "Hello, who is this?." The guy directed his phone towards you and changing the mode to video call, making you hear scream from the person in the other line. "What the fuck are you doing with my wife?!." Oh, that was actually your husband, Ran...

"I didn't do anything but maybe swing my baseball bat lightly to keep her shut her big-fat-mouth up hahaha," the guy looked at you making you felt like vomitting. "I swear when I got you, I will kill you as slowly as possible, as a payback for your action!," you heard Ran warning the guy, in which you couldn't help but smile a little. This action of yours made the enemy mad and started hitting you again and again, until you're coughing a lot of blood. "Is this how you're going to torture me? Dream on, you won't even able to reach me as we're currently at a very remote location," the guy zoomed in on your face making it very obvious that you're in a very critical state, your face is all beaten up.

Ran was about to warn him again but the enemy has ended the call. Ran couldn't control his emotion and started to punch the wall behind him until his fist was bleeding, "Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! I shouldn't have say that to her. If that is the case, she will still be safe at home," he started to cry. Rindou went to calm him down and said that the plan will take action as soon as possible once the ammo are stocked up in the cars boot. "I felt guilty that I yelled at her this morning, she sounded so excited too, telling me to spend time with her. I am such as stupid husband for not listening to her request. After what felt like days, I finally have time to be at home," Ran confessed his guilt. Rindou was about to comment on it, but was interrupted by one of the subordinates telling the executives that everything is ready. Everyone stood up and got ready to beat up that fucker and his gang.

You were pulled up by the enemy guy quickly. The guy cut the rope, and screamed at you to move as quickly as possible to the rooftop. You didn't want to anger him so you follow his order.

Reaching to the rooftop enable you to see numerous vehicles parked at the front entrance. Noticing one of them is what seems like Ran's car. You felt like fate is by your side so you couldn't help but scream that you're in the rooftop. The enemy guy that was by your side felt really angry that you gave away his whereabouts; leading to him landing a punch directed to your chest. You felt dizzy now that you has loss too many blood. You heard footsteps getting nearer and the enemy was looking much more uneasy. The rooftop door was barged open, revealing non other than your husband, Ran. You smiled weakly at him, but the smile was suddenly wiped off your face when you felt bullet hitting your chest. The enemy laughed at the Bonten members, saying how they were too late. Ran shot the guy in the head and ran to hug you, but all you could feel now is numbness throughout your body.

Your mouth kept on spilling blood, making your husband panic at the sight, "Fuck it! Come over here medic! What are you doing there?! We have to be quick, she's losing a lot of blood already!." Ran screamed at the medic team who were now rushing towards you.

"Hey baby... please stay awake yeah?," he stroked your cheek lovingly while tears were pooling in his eyes. "We will go home and spend time together as you wish this morning, yeah?," he felt himself chocking up on his words. You looked at him, hands trying to engulf his face close to you though your limbs felt as if they were screaming at you. "Ran...," you smiled at him. Ran held your hands and kissing each of them. "Do you remember, our promise back in highschool?," you try to refocus your sight to him as it slowly becomes unclear. "Yeah baby...I remember how we promised to love each other dearly, ensuring it won't fade though we already have kids together in the future..," he couldn't help but felt the tears rapidly streaming down his cheeks. "So tell me, Ran. Do you still love me?," you stopped to take a shallow breath. "Of course I do! I love you so much that words couldn't even described it!," he held your hands tighter. "But, why it seems like your love for me is fading? You don't look as excited like you always do when you looked at me this morning," you felt your heart twisted at the reminder of what he said to you this morning. "Baby, I don't get it. What do you mean?," he tried to make a connection from your words. "I am pregnant Ran, it has been 3 months. I tried to tell you this, but you dismissed me. It hurts Ran, it hurts when you said I am clingy. It seems like you don't get excited for us," you started seeing white lights from above, making you felt quite nervous leaving him behind. You heard him saying 'I'm sorry' for many times until it sounded too far away from you.

Ran cried and cried, mouthing 'I'm sorry' non-stop. That is...until the medic called him and shook their head no. Ran felt like his world was crumbling apart. Not only did he lost you, he also lost the baby made out of love by the both of you. He felt like fainting, screaming to you to come back and saying he didn't mean the words he said this morning. Everything went blank as Rindou now rushed to Ran to embrace his unconcious body.

It was now the day after your tragic death, a funeral was conducted in honor of you. Many people came to show their respect to you. All Ran could do was stare blankly at each of them as they neared your coffin. From the corner of his eyes, he could see a woman walking towards him with something in hand. The woman he remembered as your bestfriend looked at him with teary-red-eyes while handing the box to him, "Open this at home, don't cause a scene here. I want the last farewell for my bestfriend to be as peaceful as possible," she said then walked away. Ran looked at the box, it looks very simple; how you would like it. Ran couldn't help but cried a bit remembering you.

[Ran's POV]

The box has been placed on the bedside table since he got back from your funeral. Honestly speaking, he was afraid to open them. He wondered why your bestfriend glared at him with nothing but hatred in her eyes; it shows how whatever inside this box, must be something that is very important to you.

Seconds passed by and finally he bravely opened them and could see a letter on top of a soft fabric. He read the content:

"I am glad to be able to spend my life with you. I wish nothing but the best for our love journey. In whatever situation, I hope our love remain strong as it has always been. What I am about to show you is something that is very important to me; it has some part of me and you. I have never seen them before but I already know that it is the best thing that ever happened in my life. Take a look at it by yourself, love <3"

After reading the letter, he pulled up whatever it is inside the box. Plop! He heard something dropped by his feet, he retrieved it and noticed it is a pregnancy test. He started to get emotional over this, now fully expecting the other items inside the box.

Tang! The box dropped. He frozed...he did not...

"Do you know that Y/N from Class 3-1 was a bully during elementary school?," "Ugh, no wonder she's in relationship with Draken, they must enjoyed bullying people together during their elementary," the conversation continued which most of the time were about you. Draken couldn't hold it any longer, he has knew you since the elementary! He knew how you were a timid kid, and instead, you were the one that were bullied! That was why he came to your rescue and protected you since then. He approached those students in the toilet, "Repeat that again. I want to decipher whatchu you mean by that... ." They all frozed in their spot, not knowing how to reply. "He! He was the one saying that!," one of them pointed out at a certain guy. Huh..? Draken knows him, he was the guy that confessed to you before and he also went to the same elementary school you both went to. Draken felt enraged and grabbed the said guy's collar. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to say that!," "As if! You literally throwing dirt on her name and now you are denying it!." Fast forward, Draken arrived at your class but with the man tailed behind him, "Kenny, why is he here?," you asked curiously. "This guy will confess his sin in front of the school gate after school, you will see why," Draken smirked. Glad to say by the time the school ended, the guy were kneeling in front of you while screaming how he made up those rumour as a revenge for your rejection. The next day, many students approached you to apologize for believing those lies.

Shiba Taiju

Taiju were currently relaxing in his office room. He has ordered one of his subordinate to grab him a drink at the coffee shop across the street. He was minding his own business when suddenly he heard those subordinates of his were chit-chatting at the garden. He happened to hear their conversation due to him currently sitting by the open big window in his office. "Y/N has made our boss becoming less powerful! I hate her! I joined Black Dragon as I admired our boss so much due to his power and strength! But it seems like our boss has become mellow once she came into the frame. How I wish I could broke them up so that we gotta have our old boss back!," the guy that was ordered by Taiju has voiced out his complaint to another subordinate. Without a warning, Taiju jumped from the window and luckily he didn't broke any bones considering that it was quite high. After landing, he threw a punch towards the guy's face. The impact was very shocking, as the guy broke some of his tooth and coughing blood in the process. "I asked you to get me a coffee! Not to badmouthed my girlfriend, asshole!," he kicked the guy in the stomach. The poor guy sworn on his life that he was joking. "Joking my ass! You fucking think I'm dumb huh?!," Taiju continued to punish him. "Drag this guy to the torture room, do as I said or you will become the next target!," Taiju ordered the other subordinate. By the next hour, you entered his office and you could see Taiju was smiling by himself. "Err scary! Why are you smiling like that when no one is around?," you asked him. Taiju walked over to you and hugged you, "Nothing babe. I am just glad that a pest was diposed! He was such an eyesore... ."

Sano Manjiro (Mikey)

Mikey was currently waiting for everyone at the Toman's meeting area. While waiting, he saw some of the Toman's members started to gather there. It seems like none of them noticed him as he waited near the big tree. Mikey started to hear mumblings from the group, so he started to eaves-dropped to their conversation. "Where is Y/N?," "I don't know, maybe she didn't feel like tagging along this meeting anymore," "Glad to hear that, she's no use. I don't know why Mikey let her participates in our meeting. It's not like she helps us fight too." Mikey started to see red, what the hell were they saying about you?! He got up from his position and walked over to the group, "I agree with you guys! Ugh... why would I ever let her in the meeting with us, right?." The group fell silent, most of them looked at Mikey horrified. "Hey, why are you guys not talking anymore? It's okay, just talk! Fill me in with the gossip you have," Mikey faux his smile. They remained silent, that is when Mikey felt like he couldn't take it anymore. He kicked one of them swiftly, making the guy thrown away quite far. The other guys were now begging for forgiveness, saying that they didn't mean what they said about you. Fast forward, you arrived at the meeting area with all of the other founder members of Toman. You ran to Mikey as you saw some of the members scattered on the ground, "What happened Mikey?! Did the enemy group attacked you guys?!." Mikey turned to look at you, "Hehe nothing happened babe! These guys wanna have a match with me so we did, but as you can see, I won!." You sighed and scolded him not to hurt his members anymore. Mikey just nodded his head and walk you along to the other founder members. Unfortunately, the next day, those guys that were found scattered on the ground were nowhere to be found, hmm you wonder why...

Reo came to pick you up for dinner. He saw you walking from a far and started smiling to himself, however it dropped upon seeing hickeys on your neck. 'Hey love, I'm so excited for our dinner tonight! It has been so long since we spent time together!,' you state excitedly. He observed the bruises with hawk-eyes before saying, 'You look gorgeous babe, but are you sure you're fine?,' he asked. 'Urm? Whatchu mean by that?,' 'Those hickeys... that's on your neck...,' he looked like a kicked puppy. You started panicking, not expecting to see him so sad, 'I can explain about this!.' Reo looked at you, however, you could feel dark aura started to appear, 'Who is that person? I want to deal with them myself.' You could feel the goosebump so you dropped your acting, 'Omg honeyy, relax okay! I did this myself, with makeup :'(,' you said while wiping clean all the fake hickeys. His dark aura began to dissipate. 'Hahaha no wonder that looks terrible! I doubt someone was dumb enough to put those big-ass hickeys on you. That would be so obvious!,' he laughed uncontrollably. You began to get embarrassed, so you could only pout and looked outside the window, 'Shut up! You fell for it anyway, hmph!.' Reo stopped laughing and went to kiss your cheek, 'Don't get mad at me babe, I promise I will give you the real one after we get home.' You swore you could feel yourself began to sweat, anticipating what's about to happen after the dinner.

You and Shidou had plan to go to an amusement park after he got back from the tour. He said that it has been a long time since he went there. So here you are, dressed to the T, oh and not to mention the fake hickeys that decorated your neck. Shidou went to hug you from behind and asked, 'All done babe? If yeah, let's gooo.' Fast forward, you and Shidou arrived at the location, holding hands while enjoying most of the rides there. All the while had you thinking, "Is this guy for real? Did he yet to notice the hickeys on my neck?." Not to lie but you felt dissapointed that he didn't say anything about it but yeah whatever, at least he didn't make a scene in public. After some time, you both decided to go home, not before dining-in at the fast food restaurant. Inside the restaurant, you noticed how some customers were looking at you weird, and some even laughed at you but you decided to ignore them. You couldn't help but wonder why everyone has been eyeing you since at the amusement park and until now? Sitting at your booth, you both enjoyed eating the food in silent. That is, until Shidou decided to speak, 'Babe, what the hell happened to your neck?.' You felt hopeful now that he mentioned about it, so you decided to look at him and replied, 'eh? I don't know whatchu mean, I don't feel any pain or anything?.' Shidou bursted out laughing like a maniac while shoving his pocket mirror at you, 'Your hickeys are so fake that it stained your collar HAHAHAHAAH.' You were cursing that guy in your head, he must have decided not to tell you since the beginning! Baji walked over to the spot he promised to meet you after school. Upon his arrival, he could see a guy was flirting with you. He saw how the guy was leaning towards you in a friendly manner, making his blood boiled. Baji knew that he shouldn't act violently as he's still inside the school perimeters, hence might risk getting in trouble. However, he didn't realize how his body was moving on its own and landing a punch on the guy's face. The guy stumbled backward on the ground and looked up at him, 'What was that for!?,' said the poor guy. Baji took his glasses off and smiled sinisterly at him. The guy trembled and immediately ran away. 'What was that for, Kei?,' you asked him. 'I don't like how he was flirting with you, it's utterly disgusting to say the least,' he shoved his glasses inside his school uniform pocket. You tried to hold your laughter but failed miserably, 'You know he was the new guy in school, right? He was asking me directions to the Principal's office. He admitted to be semi-deaf too so he asked me beforehand to explain near to his ear. How could you do that Kei, pfttt!.' It could be said that Baji felt embarrassed for the whole week and tried to 'talk' to the guy to ensure he didn't report him to the school office. Yeah, he definitely didn't beg him, yup I assured you he didn't. Maybe just maybe... if you paid attention enough, you could see how Baji was following the guy to talk things through, just maybe tho~

Haitani Ran

You and Ran went to the supermarket to get some groceries. You told him that you will fetch some items from the other aisle, and he needs to just stay there. 15 minutes passed-by, but you still didn't come back. So, he went to look around for you. He noticed a familiar figure that is yours and went to that direction but his movement halted upon seeing someone talking to you, a guy to be exact. Without thinking thoroughly, he went to you and slung his arm around your shoulders, 'Look at this dumb man trying to flirt with what is mine, how shameless,' he smirked at the guy. 'Excuse me, what?,' 'Stop acting dumb, I know you're trying to flirt with my girl here, isn't that right babe?.' Your mouth hung open in disbelief and you dragged him away, not before apologizing to that guy. 'Babee, why should you apologized to him? He made you uncomfortable didn't he?,' Ran asked as he's quite confused with the situation. 'No Ran. That guy over there is my uncle! Now, I want you to go there and apologize sincerely to him!,' you demanded him. Ran almost felt his soul leaving his body upon hearing that. Best to say that whenever you visited your uncle after that, Ran always bring luxurious gifts for him though it has been months since then.

You and Kakucho has been dating for almost a year. Today marked your first anniversary with him, thus both of you had a plan priorly to celebrate at the 5-star restaurant across the town. The other customers were applausing for you guys, meanwhile you could hear the classical music playing in the background. You could see some of the customers shed tears, and so did you. After returning to your table, you dismissed yourself to the ladies' to fix your makeup. Kakucho waited for about 5 minutes and could see your figure approaching. But before you could come back to the table, he saw a guy came towards you and hugging you. Ran could see how Fuyumi is having heart-eyes right now making him a tad bit more jealous, 'Noo! You promised you won't accept love letters from anyone until you are much older!' 'What do you mean?! I am older now! I am five!!' He could only sigh at her response, not knowing how to lecture her when she was looking all cute with those puppy eyes. 'I will tell Uncle Sanzu's son that you got a new guy. You know how he promised to marry you when you guys are old enough, right?' Fuyumi widened her eyes and begged her father not to tell on her, afraid that the said lil man will accuse her of 'cheating' on him. He wants to give me something!' Sanzu could only sigh and look back at the boy, 'What is it you wanna give to Arumi?' 'Here...' the boy blushed before he gave him the letter to pass to Arumi. Before Arumi could say thank you, Sanzu had first read the content and ended up scolding the boy, telling him off and how he will not be suitable for his beloved, pretty, and cute Arumi. The boy could only cry while nodding his head, before cleaning his snot with his sleeve and running to the other direction. Sanzu smiled proudly before looking at Arumi who was now having enraged eyes, 'I am reporting this to mommy! You are being mean for no reason!' she nagged at him, explaining how he just wanna be her friend but Sanzu was being too overprotective. Whatever, Sanzu just laughed at her blabbering, knowing damn well that he could not deny the fact that he is overprotective towards her. Who cares? "Luffy, let's go! We're running late!," you screamed at Luffy who is currently inside the colloseum for the match.

"You are no fun y/n! I need to get Ace's dragon fruit so that it will be in the right hand," Luffy pouted at you.

"Huh, are you....," you didn't get to finish your sentence when suddenly BBAM!, you heard something fell from the sky.

"Fu fu fu Law...," you heard a raspy voice from behind. You turned around and saw a tall-man with a fluffy coat.

Once the dust cleared up, you could finally see the man who was causing the ruckus ...you knew him, he is Doflamingo!

Doflamingo grinned at Law who is currently on the floor, before looking around to everyone at the scene.

It was then...when he spotted you. He focused his attention on you, mouth slightly agaped while looking at you.

'Who is she? I've never seen her before at Dressrosa,' Doflamingo thought to himself... that is when he saw Luffy and Zoro being there too.

'Oh I see... she must be among the Straw Hats huh?', he smirked before walking towards you. Zoro plunged forward to attack but it was futile when Doflamingo used his string to keep Zoro from moving.

"Relax Roronoa... I just want to have a small chit chat with the Lady here fu fu fu,". You being alarmed and started to pull the trigger on him. Doflamingo attached his string to your pistol, blocking it and flew towards you.

"Hey pretty face, do you mind walking around the town with me?," he licked his lips.

"What the hell... no, I refused!," you protested. Doflamingo opened his mouth to talk again, but suddenly was disturbed by his Den Den Mushi.

He picked up the call, "Master, you need to come to the castle right now! There are some issues here!," Doflamingo tsked at the guy before hanging up.

"Aww, that sucks my Lady...I have important matters to handle...," he leaned into you and smooched your cheek.

You squealed, suprised by his action. You wanted to attack again but Doflamingo quickly flew out from the scene, leaving you blushing at what just happened.

On the other place, Doffy was smiling to himself while still flying... thinking of the possibility of meeting you again.

You were running inside the Onigashima castle looking for someone.

'What the hell, where is he?! He has terrible injuries yet still wanted to fight!,' you murmured to yourself, being angry at a certain Moss Head.

That is when you heard a loud banging from somewhere. You were curious, but due to your determination to find Zoro, you just said fuck it, and ran to the scene.

That is when you saw Zoro was kneeling on the ground. Being all bloody from the fight.

You saw a bright light from the sky, which turned out to be a special attack from the opponent. You screamed at Zoro to avoid it asap. However, he couldn't listen to you, being exhausted from his fight.

Thus, you decided to run towards him and grabbed Zoro by his collar.

When suddenly you felt a gust of wind from behind you, peeking at the person. You saw a tall guy, he was like 4 times your size. You gulped and decided to defend both of yourself and Zoro from that person.

That is when you could see him clearly, the said person turned out to be King! One of the High Officer of the Beast Pirates. Oh no....

But then you heard him saying, "Run, for I have given you the chance to run," you then saw him walking to the other direction... "I will come back to you again Roronoa, that is when I will give my all out in the fight," you saw him disappeared around the corner.

Thus, you took the chance to flee with Zoro. Hiding somewhere, a safer place where you could bandage Zoro up.

Not knowing that King was still dumbfounded at the previous location. Having met someone that he was for sure he could see the red string of fate attached to your ring finger and his.

Smiling to himself, as he finally met his soulmate that he has been dying to know about. Realizing that you also fit his ideal type of a woman... ♡
