hi i really want to lose weight i currently weigh 135 lbs or 61 kg. after me and my boyfriend broke up in january i have been stuck with all of this relationship weight and i hate it i dont feel like my self and i cant help but feel gross i used to weigh 118lbs (53kg) and now i feel huge, i want to go back to what i used to weigh and i feel like its time my ed comes back but i need motivation i have always struggled with my mentally about losing weight j give up so quickly the only things that seems to make me stay focused is getting really depressed… but i need help to stay on track and how many calories should i be eating in order to lose the weight, it is summer and i dont feel comfortable in my body and im not able to wear the clothes i want to or at least feel confident in them i want to lose 30 pounds by august, before school starts up again i am a cheer leader and am almost the biggest on my team.i want to be tone and confident for the football season and i want to look good in my uniform. please send tips and advice please and if anyone needs a weight loss buddie pls dm!!
