Does this mean we can submit our own AUs?
Correct. As long as there's content available, you can submit your own AU.

How many Aus can we submit into the game. (since I've got alot of them) This can be characters to AU characters themselves.
You can submit as many as long as it's just not the same one ad nauseum. BUT keep in mind you need to submit your "project" as a whole. For example, you don't submit Dream, you submit Dreamtale.

do you allow character submissions from different multiverses for the game?
I mean. I reckon we can probably make it work? We do allow alternate take on AUs. Now if someone comes asking "how can this character from this multiverse be in the game if the OTPS multiverse works differently", we're not obligated to answer.

What do you use to create the music in your game?
I use FL Studio to make the music. Obviously we grab samples from here and there from all indule of games to put the music together.

how are poppy and core frisk related? why does poppy call them grandpa? im really curious
All of the background story and context for Poppy Buys Milk can be found in the actual story blog at @ut-poppy-askblog! But, since I'm assuming you're a new person to Poppy's Story as a whole, I'll give you the rundown:
Poppy is CORE!Frisk's adoptive daughter, she was created in the Omega Timeline, and taken under CORE!Frisk's wing. Poppy calls them "Granpa" as a nickname, since Poppy thinks of them as really old (mainly on account of their grey hair).

Devlog: Underevent, and Upcoming Development
Hey, everyone! In case you're not aware, we showcased a trailer for Poppy's Story in Underevent 2022 this year, featuring some of Poppy Buys Milk's Gameplay. Be sure to check out the event itself!
That said, on account of this being the gift-giving month, we're willing to shed some more light on the game's development!
So that said, in terms of the past few two months, I (Fms) have been mostly busy with University, as many of our team members have been preoccupied with either University, work or their own projects.
That isn't to say no progress at all has been made, however. For we've put together a lot of new things regarding the Timeline Plaza and the Village, such as a new layouts for both of them. They may be slightly incongruent with material I've released in the past for Poppy's Story itself, but I feel that, for the purposes of making a fun experience, it was neccesary.
We've also finished importing all of the costumes and talksprites for Poppy, barring the custom poses- which will still take a while to finish up- but it was still a big undertaking on its own.
Oh, and speaking of characters, you may have seen a handful of characters in Poppy Buys Milk during the Poppy's Story trailer.
There's many other characters you'll meet in your adventure, some from worlds you're familiar with...
... From worlds less-well-known....
... And even... Worlds you've never seen before?
We've been coy about showing any characters besides the Poppy cast for the longest time, but this is a special occassion.
And, hey, given it HAS been a good while since you've seen any proper gameplay beyond the Village...
Here's a sneak peek into a quest in its entirety!
We hope you enjoyed that first look at the game proper! We'll see you next year with more updates.

Devlog: The Music of Omega Timeline: Poppy's Story (... And Poppy Buys Milk)
Howdy folks! It’s me, Fms. On today’s special occasion, I wanted to take a moment to talk about the process for the soundtracks of Poppy Buys Milk, and thusly, Omega Timeline: Poppy’s Story in general.
As most of you know, I've done a concerted effort to produce a original soundtrack for Poppy's Story on my own. It wasn't generally a requirement- most of the story is told through comics and non-audio asks, but I generally wanted to give the AU its own flair— and mostly as a excuse to do the "Music Videos" showcasing several of the Areas in the Omega Timeline (which I want to get back to doing, those were really fun).
But when videos, and notably, the game, became a consistent thing I do for Poppy's Story, it was evident I couldn't just use Undertale and Deltarune's soundtrack, they simply didn't fit the situations depicted.
Though that said, while there is no shortage of callbacks and utilization of Undertale and Deltarune leitmotifs in the sountrack (Such as Snowdin/Dating Start, Reunited, Hometown, Once Upon a Time, and the handful of iterations of Uwa,) the soundtrack for this AU is mainly built on a handful of foundational motifs to represent the Omega Timeline itself, and to represent characters (such as Poppy herself).
For instance, here is Omega Timeline’s A, B, and C motifs, laid bare for you to listen.
You'll notice that these leitmotifs are repeated across a lot of the songs for both acts of Poppy's Story. And indeed, for this game, I brought myself to make a lot of new arrangements for a lot of the buildings and events in the game.
Below is a small sample of what I've accomplished in the last year and a half of development:
What do you think?
There are some songs I've had to update for this game overtime, such as Timeline Plaza's theme.
Now, the timeline plaza IS a really good track on its own; one of the most popular songs in the Act 1 soundtrack, even. But for the game, it didn't quite fit the vision I had for the Timeline Plaza in game (not to mention, you spend a lot of time in the timeline plaza, and the song didn't feel varied enough to carry the time spent).
However, the timeline plaza went through quite a few re-iterations before reaching the version I am content with.
Below are some samples:
Originally, the idea was to have the Timeline Plaza's theme build up as Poppy completed missions. However, I felt this song was a bit too punchy and grating overtime.
You may remember this song, as I showcased it's first phase earlier this year. Regardless... Continuing with the whole "Building Up as it Goes" idea, the plan is that Core Frisk's motif plays where you hear Poppy's up until the "4th" version of the song, showing Poppy's hand in helping everyone.
This song in general is pretty good, actually. I just felt this song didn't quite fit the mood I was going for.
There are also some character specific themes/rearrangements sprinkled here and there, but you'll have to wait to see what those are.
Overall, it's very fun composing tracks for the AU. It just takes a good bit to figure out what to go with. I'd also like to thank @xxtha-blog for helping out with overseeing most of the mixing and composition of the songs in the game.
And if you'd like to listen to the ACT 1 and ACT 2 soundtracks, be sure to check out the official playlist.

Words always fail me whenver a milestone such as the Blog's Anniversary, or Poppy's birthday, come to pass. I am simply thankful for all of the people that have helped me come this far.
So to my team members working on Poppy's Story (and Poppy Buys Milk), to my friends, and to all the people who follow this blog, I thank you for putting up with my nonsense, and for following Poppy's Story.
See you later today.

Pre Poppy's Birthday Stuffs
Howdy folks! Coming out of the old cave to let people know about the going-ons of Poppy's Story. After all, it has been a good... What, month? Since the last update, and the months before that have consisted of mostly devlogs.
So for starters, to celebrate Poppy's birthday (coming tomorrow, 10/19), we'll be doing a handful of things to celebrate it.
New Video
For starters, some eagle-eyed viewers may have already seen that there's a new video that's set to premiere tomorrow:
It's the longest video for Poppy's Story thus far. I think it's quite an important plot element yet to introduce in Act 2. This video was actually animated using the Poppy Buys Milk engine (pretty handy, right?).
It took no less effort to make than doing it fully animated in after effects, but it definitely does streamline things like talkboxes, haha.
The video will go live tomorrow at 1 PM GMT-3 / 12 PM EST.
In-Character AMA
Last year, for the blog's anniversary, we held a team-ran in-character AMA on the Poppy's Story Discord Server with the blog's cast. On account of the fact I accidentally missed that date this year, I decided to push the AMA to Poppy's birthday.
We'll be featuring a slightly shaken up roster, featuring [The Classics You've Come To Expect], and characters such as Wizalphys, Marlette, Cookie, Mr. Asgore, and !
So be sure to hop on the discord server to witness it first hand, the devlog will go live at 6:30 PM GMT-3 / 5 PM EST.
Poppy Buys Milk Devlog
We'll also be releasing a new devlog for Poppy Buys Milk. Sometime during the day. I don't have the exact time down yet.
And that's all the information for right now. We hope to see you there to celebrate Poppy's birthday tomorrow!
