As much as I love Tiktok for it’s ability to unite the masses and spark life through new recipes, political ideas, artistic methods, eco friendly alternatives, self-healing techniques, and so forth, I feel it sucks the life out of me with every scroll.

No matter the time limit I apply to it, I will always press 15 minutes more to an hour to all day.

And, maybe this is more than just a stupid app out of many other stupid apps, maybe this is my inner romantic yearning for a simpler life with less distractions and more connections in the real world.

However, I am in love with the online world too. There are so many good things that the online world has given me. I could list them all out and never be able to stop.

And, I feel like an addict whenever I do.

Because, couldn’t alcohol or drugs or any other self destructive device have a list of all the good it gives someone?

Eh, whatever…

For now, I’ll just try to have better discipline.
