my personal favorite is kexp out of seattle, they have a whole bunch of different genre & culture-of-origin shows (yknow "punk" and "afrobeats" and "indigenous music" and "entire fucking continent of asia" and "chill vibes, dude B)") and play a bananas variety of music even on the daytime whatever mix shows with cool djs 24/7 & a focus on local/indie artists, plus a two week streaming archive of every show so you can catch stuff that airs at weird times

I'll always talk up internet radio stations because I don't think the average person is aware that they're free, can run in your browser (or in any program that can connect to them), work on your phone, run better than a youtube tab, and give you a much better selection of music than you could get from a general algorithmic playlist

(also lots of them have live shows which you can tune into for free)

Been a while in getting photos up, but I thought it was high time I shared some more photos from @scribefindegil and I's wedding a few weeks ago.

It was genuinely a magical time, in large part due to the many wonderful people we know who celebrated with us. In a time where it's very hard to see the light, I was particularly deeply touched to have so many people we love together in one place.

We had seven brief readings as a part of our ceremony (one for each of the traditional Sheva Brachot), but the final one, which my sister so kindly read for us, really managed to encompass so many of my thoughts on this moment:
