Back to the old place - down by the sea. Her greed for fame, the sound of her guitar strokes reverberating within the ears of the masses. You cannot compete. Watch her erode just to get there from a distance. She’s scraping at the floor desperately. You are an afterthought to the lover you want to consume wholly. It’s not just love to you, it’s beyond it: beyond any words or descriptions. But you watched her walk away all that time ago, and you’re still standing on your own two feet. Two years pass and a flash of those auburn locks rustling in the icy gusts of sea breeze draws you slowly back to that state you finally managed to be free of. This time, you trust that you can live without it. The swarms of changes within both you and Ellie are testaments to the passage of time. That state is an echo, a vision, and its truth is nonexistent. You were made to believe that.

Her name was Saly, she was five years old. She was like any child, she probably liked to play with her toys, she was probably learning to read, she probably like to spend time with her family and friends.

Maybe she would have been a doctor, or a farmer, or a engineer. Maybe she would have advanced the field of physics or medicine, written a best seller novel or stared in a major movie production; Or she might have had a quieter life, the world might have never known her name, but her friends and family would have and that might have been enough.

But no one will ever know now because Israel took those lives away from her, the tens of thousands of possibles that lay before each child burning like candle lights in cool summer night sniffed out in an instant. A last story shared by thousands of Palestinian children in Gaza.

You don't need to be an expert to know a roadside bomb would have hit that car differently. Like do they think our eyes and brains don't work?

WCK had 3 cars in their convoy and have reported 7 workers total killed. Now they have suspended operations for aid delivery. Aid from every direction is being blocked and affected in the strip, israel is starving the people of Gaza and killing anyone who tries to get food or give them food. It's insane and that word doesn't feel like enough but I don't know what else to say at this point.

Israel has refused to cooperate with a United Nations investigation into the country’s claim that members of the UN Palestinian refugee agency were involved in the Oct 7 attacks. A dozen workers from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) have been accused of supporting the massacre of 1,200 Israelis by distributing ammunition, abducting hostages and coordinating transportation. The allegations, which first surfaced on Jan 26, resulted in the US, UK and 14 other countries freezing funding for UNRWA. Days later, the UN launched an independent investigation, run from its headquarters in New York, to examine the claims. However, UN investigators have yet to receive any evidence from the Israelis, according to three sources with knowledge of the probe, despite this week spending “several days” in the country on a fact-finding mission.
