My 3 older brothers watched the show and played the card game and one of them still plays master duel a lot so I was talking to him and realized I’d never really told him about my favs and that’s when my brother learned I’m Bastion fan and in my 19 years of being his sister I’ve never seen him so utterly shocked and confused.

“I never meet a bastion fan?”

“Well no you’re sister is one of the 10 fans that exist actually”

I even gave him my furious rant about GX and their treatment of my favorite guy.

We also talked about arc v

Bachira gets called gay and Isagi is all “hey you can’t just call people gay thats rude and offensive-“

But Bachira is like “well no he’s right I am gay though” Isagi blue screens

then someone is like “ew do you have a crush on Isagi then?” And Bachira very casually and firmly says “no” without hesitation and then Isagi spirals for the rest of the day.

Like what’s wrong with him? Is he not cute and awesome and good at soccer? Why doesn’t Bachira have a crush on him? And it genuinely gets to him.

Eventually Chigiri is like “literally why do you care…do YOU like Bachira?” And he’s like

“what no I’m straight…but like-“

“what do you want all gay guys to be attracted to you?”

“What no?”

“So it’s just Bachira?”

“Yes”

And then Isagi has to sit with that and does not fucking sleep at all that night. And he’s like great not only am I probably gay, the guy I like doesn’t even like me back even though he’s also gay?! I’m terrible at being gay I need to stick to soccer.

And then later Bachira forms feelings for him and they date forever and get married the end.
