„Okay,” Eddie said, closing his eyes. „Okay.”

Opposite to him, Buck quietly exhaled, and the air tickled his nose, making him smile a little. Eddie didn’t know what was waiting for him, but at least Buck was going to stay by his side, and that was all he needed.
