How To Motivate Yourself? - Conquer The Lack of Motivation
Tumblr media
If you are searching for your motivation, you are in the right place. Where I will let you know How to Motivate Yourself? Motivation is the force that keeps pushing us to go on — it’s our internal drive to achieve, produce, develop, and keep moving forward. When you think you’re ready to quit something or you don’t know how to start, your self-motivation is what pushes you to go on. Eliminate the things that distract you and focus on one thing to achieve your goals. Tidy space, tidy mind — declutter and organize your area to help motivate yourself. Stay motivated by experiencing different food, music, books, podcasts. Look to people in your life who inspire and motivate you.
In this post, I m going to let you know about How to Motivate Yourself? Why is Motivation Important? And, Where to Find Motivation? But, before that, let’s see what motivation is.
What Is Motivation?
Motivation can define as stimulating, inspiring and inducing the employees to perform to their best capacity. Motivation is a psychological term that cannot force on employees, and it comes automatically from inside the employee as it is the willingness to do the work.
Why Is Motivation Is Important?
We all want motivation, but we don’t know why motivation is important? We want to know How to motivate yourself? Motivation is the most crucial part of our lives because it is a stair to our success. Similarly, we also want to know, Is it harmful to us or not? Below I have shared some tips to understand why motivation is vital.
Motivation is a psychological phenomenon.
Motivation is an internal feeling that cannot force on employees. The inner surfaces, such as need, desire, aspirations etc., influence humans behaviour to behave in a particular manner. For example, want to have a new house, respect and recognition, etc.
Motivation produces goal-directed behaviour.
Motivation induces people to behave in such a manner to achieve their goals. A motivated person needs no supervision or direction, and he will always work in the desired way. For example, if a person has a motive to get a promotion, he will work efficiently to get publicity.
Motivation can be positive as well as harmful.
To motivate employees, managers use various motivators. Some motivators are positive, and some are negative few examples of positive motivators are promotion, increment, bonus, respect, recognition, etc. If an employee does not improve his performance with positive motivators, the manager uses negative motivators such as warning, issue of the memo, demotion, stopping increments, etc. Sometimes the fear of negative motivators includes a person behaving in a desired manner.

Best cryptocurrency to Invest Now
Tumblr media
There are thousands of cryptocurrencies to invest from Bitcoin to Tether! That makes it enormous. Here are some of the top 05 cryptocurrencies as per their capital and market values.
1) Bitcoin (BTC)
Yes, I know, you’ve heard it all before. But there’s a reason bitcoin has been on top of mind lately and won’t be going away anytime soon: It’s one of several cryptocurrencies that are here to stay. As a result, those looking to invest in the cryptocurrency have many questions surrounding Bitcoin — what it is, why they should invest in it and if they need to invest at all (because not everyone will). Even if you aren’t ready to commit funds to Bitcoin, investing time understanding its technology is key before delving into other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum.
2) Ethereum (ETH)
In many ways, Ethereum is much like Bitcoin — it’s a cryptocurrency with a built-in digital currency, which can be bought and sold on exchanges. But it offers much more than that; in fact, experts consider Ethereum to be more technologically advanced than Bitcoin. For example, if you have Ethereum coins stored on your computer, you’ll be able to use those coins to create applications using the decentralized application (app) technology that Ethereum provides. Those apps have no central point of failure and no one can modify or corrupt them. So they present many exciting possibilities for investors — especially because they are run by smart contracts; applications that run exactly as programmed without any possibility of downtime, censorship, or fraud.
3) Litecoin (LTC)
When Bitcoin first came on to the scene, many people dismissed it as nothing more than a mere fad. Now, almost 10 years later, people are beginning to take cryptocurrency seriously. Of all of today’s cryptocurrencies, Litecoin is far and away one of the most popular — and for good reason. It features faster transaction speeds than Bitcoin, with confirmation times under two minutes, and it boasts low fees for users. Transaction fees for Litecoin are only a fraction of a dollar or two — nothing like Bitcoin’s fees of up to $20 per transaction! Furthermore, unlike BTC transactions that take an hour or longer to confirm, most Litecoin transactions will complete in a matter of seconds.
4) Dash (DASH)
The Dash network features instant transaction confirmation, double spend protection, anonymity equal to that of physical cash, a self-governing and self-funding model driven by incentivized full nodes, and a clear roadmap for on-chain scaling to up to 400MB blocks using custom-developed open-source hardware. It also has one of the most passionate communities in crypto. Not only is it a privacy coin used by people all over the world, but it’s also an example of how an altcoin can be made into a robust system without creating additional services such as wallets or exchanges. Lastly, it is among those coins that are on their way to mass adoption through its recent integration with the US payment processor Alt Thirty Six.
5) Ripple (XRP)
With a market cap of $24.98 billion, Ripple is one of the most popular cryptocurrencies in circulation. The company has already partnered with over 100 financial institutions to utilize its network. One of those partners, American Express, recently announced that it is teaming up with Ripple to test international payments between US customers and British merchants starting next year. If that goes well, American Express will likely integrate it into their main service offerings as early as 2018. The concept behind Ripple is really interesting — it’s almost like a decentralized Paypal (but not quite). The platform basically allows you to transfer any currency to anyone in the world without needing a third-party processor (which charges around 3% per transaction). This makes transactions quicker and cheaper than if you were to work through PayPal or another processor. READ MORE
