Check your local restaurants websites and social medias to see if they are doing their own delivery or curb-side pick up before ordering off a delivery app so 100% of the sale goes to the business. 1. The @tacoshopyyc in Mikey’s! That’s right, the juke joint’s got a taco shop inside of it. Taco Tuesday can be any day. 2. @barvonderfels! They have some great family style options on their menu for 2, 4 or 6 people. And they have wine. They know their wine. 3. @shipandanchorpub! This long time running local spot has all the classics for you. We miss using the Ship as our office, but thank god we can still order a Ship burger! 4. @veginyyc is ohhhh so tasty. Tons of vegan and veg food, as well as gluten free options. Every dish is packed full of flavour and super filling (and healthy!). 5. @alliumcalgary is another great option for vegans and vegetarians! This worker co-op is doing something really special with how they run their business and we hope to see them get through these weird times! The pizzas are really good. And their tahini ranch. 6. @unacalgary doesn’t just have amazing pizzas for takeout and delivery, but some really great pasta dishes. 7. @seednsaltcanada has got all your salad and grain bowl needs!We love this business’s focus on community and kindness. Oh they have wine too. 8. @getbessiebox makes local meat and seafood boxes. You can be sure your supporting not only this local business and it’s staff, but also local farmers!
