I LOVE THIS HEADCANON BECAUSE YOUR SOO RIGHTTT LIKE NON OF THEM FOUGHT BACK THEY JUST LET THEMSELVES BE TAKEN BY THE FEMALES 😭😭😭 (sorry for the caps, I was excited)

I have the headcanon that among Saiyans, it is predominantly females who choose and pursue the male, and not males who choose and pursue females, and that some (perhaps many) female Saiyans are polyandrous. And that males are predominantly passive and simply wait to be chosen. Because when Bulma invited Vegeta to stay at her house, he just went (and never left LOL)

Because Vegeta at no point showed himself bothered or resentful with the fact that Bulma had a current relationship with Yamcha at the moment (which doesn't mean that I don't think they don't enter competitions to win and expel weaker competitors LOL, it wouldn't even be even inconsistent with the fact that they are a warrior race, fighting to be the favorite wouldn't even be strange).

And that when Bulma invited him to her house he took it as something else lol (not that I don't believe that this wasn't Bulma's intention, she even flirted with him, and not long after Trunks' existence was practically pre -determined with the appearance of Future Trunks LOL).

And I believe this because Goku was extremely passive when accepting/remaking ChiChi's marriage proposal (let's be honest, ChiChi was the one who practically proposed to Goku here, even as children she asked him to get married), and Goku never seemed bothered or resentful that he wasn't the one to make the choice, and she did it after a fight LOL.

And Gohan, even though he was a hybrid, practically followed the same path letting himself be chosen by Videl, Videl created a dispute with him, chased him, challenged him and fought with him, investigated his house, blackmailed him and forced him to teach her how to fly and participate in the martial arts tournament because she wanted a strong opponent to fight, perhaps for the Saiyan instincts (I'm not talking about standards as the Saiyans are practically extinct in the series) this is the height of the demonstration of se….. /romantic interest LOL (just like in many animal species where males fight/show off for females, but here Videl was the one who played this role, I also don't know if Gohan, being a hybrid, his Saiyan instincts mixed with humans didn't make a beauty of a mess LOL, it can be a little of both). And Gohan practically already considered himself Videl's boyfriend or partner when Goku tries to offer her to Old Kai (which reinforces my And again, Gohan never seemed resentful or bothered by it.

Not that I believe this is a rule, but it is the HC that was created in my mind LOL

This reminds me of a time where I went out as goku black for a con and gave my friend my potara earring and she ended up looking at me funny but I didn’t think too much of it! And this also reminds about the meme “You’re my friend now, we’re having soft tacos later!” Instead of tacos it’s potara earrings lmao! I would say more but I feel like I type a small thingy paragraph sentence?? Idk 😭😭 BUT I LOVE THE ART!!

If I had the ability to draw then I would’ve drawn vegito almost everyday or uhh try to cuz I tried drawing before but it’s so hardddd and I know I sound childish for complaining but seriously the amount of effort people put into drawings needs TO BE STUDIEDDDDDDD 😭😭😭 literally someone could spend like 36 hours or even more hours on one piece of art and say it’s a quick sketch like…????!!1!1! HUHHH?? Wdym quick sketch?? You SPENT DAYS on it.. that is not a quick doodle or anything similar!! But enough of that, I just find it fascinating how people could make cool stuff by themselves!

Like it makes me really happy to see that people could show their appreciation to certain characters or even real people sometimes!! About Vegetto and why he is one of my favorite DragonBall characters

Vegetto is one of my favorite Dragonball characters, (I also like Gogeta and in my point of view Gogeta and Vegetto are basically the same character and have the same personality, they just appeared in different contexts).

But what I like most about Vegito, especially in his first appearance against Buu in Dragonball Z, is how selfish he is and puts his own interests first, which doesn't differ from Goku and Vegeta essentially, both are selfish and always seek their own interests first, they are different only in those interests.

The universe is under threat and can be destroyed by Buu, but as soon as he is "born", his first priority is not to defeat Majin Buu as quickly as possible, much less save the universe, as would be (more or less) Goku's priority , as Goku was just desperate to repair the damage he had done by not defeating MajinBuu once and for all when he had the chance when using his SSJ3 transformation for the first time.

But his first priority is to save his children Gohan, Trunks and Goten, because at this moment these 3 are technically his children and I'm sure Vegetto felt it fully, since he considered his fusion to be certain and permanent, and his friend Piccolo's, his friendship inherited from Goku, which shows that neither Goku nor Vegeta were dominant in their fusion, he was his own person, but with the memories and feelings inherited from Goku and Vegeta.

Did Vegito need to worry about that? Theoretically not, because just as he thought there might be a way to remove these 4 from MajinBuu's body, he could have thought about killing MajinBuu first and then resurrecting them separately from MajinBuu with the Dragon Balls, in terms of risk , it would be the same, but he CHOSE to try to rescue them first, which shows that his decisions were made purely by his feelings and not for a cold, pragmatic reason, which he could have done, but I like this because it shows that Vegetto didn't sees himself at this moment as a play or a wild card, he sees himself as a real person (unlike Gogeta who many say is going "straight to business", but Gogeta knows that it is a temporary existence and that it will only last 30 minutes, he NEEDS to be more pragmatic, unlike Vegetto in his first appearance.)

He proved to be playful, calm, peaceful, tactical, manipulative and unafraid of taking risks like Goku and cold, calculating, analytical, intelligent, strategic, sarcastic (and sometimes sadistic) like Vegeta, but without the latter's anxiety about uncertainty ( not that Vegeta doesn't accept risks, but he is much less tolerant of risk and uncertainty than Goku) and without Goku's extreme recklessness (the latter is carefree to the point of giving enemies chances just for fun or to "educate" children (his children and Trunks) as warriors - I think that here, Goku lets his instincts as a Saiyan speak louder than reason and get the better of him (like cats that teach their kittens to hunt by showing them live prey, but Goku, different of cat moms, forgets to weaken his preys first, which doesn't happen with Vegeta as he is still able to calculate risks, he even took Trunks and Goten off the battlefield).

And with this willingness to take big risks, and also a hint of indifference to the fate of the universe (which I credit to Vegeta here lol), because his loved ones are currently dead and he doesn't want to kill MajinBuu with his children and Piccolo absorbed in his body this time, he risked being absorbed by MajinBuu without being sure that his plan would work just to try and rescue them.

It's one of the things that makes me like his character, he wasn't just there to kill Buu, He wore his “heart on his sleeve” Even though he's not clearly expressive about it (neither Goku nor Vegeta emotionally express their feelings, either) but his actions speak for him and I don’t think many realized that.

But that's one of the reasons why Vegito is one of my favorite DragonBall characters, apart from his personality and design, of course.
