Nevermind suffer my idea dump while I'm trudging through work

something something alien corpse or some type of space corpse was found, someone like nasa or area 51 esque tried to revive it when they also found black caustic blood. It kinda started working? Except the liquid started to take the whole form.

A different corporation came in, stole this half completed specimen. They wanted to see if there was a potential for weaponizing them. Eventually it awoke, and they expected some powerful brute creature.

The being had been observing for longer than it let on. Upon escaped, it seemed calm and composed. Intelligent. It knew basic communication currently, but learned quick. ~~ It found a liking to suits as well~~. They provide interest in the goals this cooperation had, but in a more spy / assassin sort of way rather then brute force. And it was good at it.

Also fun abilities fact! Using "specimen" it can change its compound. Eat a fish, the liquid becomes water. Eat 3 fish, and it can become sorta like a school of fish. But humans are were it's useful. Kill / consume a human, it's compound turns to human blood. Eat two, you get a basic skin cover. Eat three is details like hair, eyes, mouth, etc. Basically it needs three humans every time to start passing for humans, but the more it kills the more realistic the look is. Obviously useful for jobs with a lot of targets
