15 minutes into caramelizing 6 large onions and we are already at 75% volume. We’re not even translucent yet let alone edging up on amber we are still firmly in the white zone. I have two backup onions for to augment if needed but spirits are not high. This is supposed to work as a cookout topping for 10 people.
