Well OP, I can provide you with a list of some well known youtubers and their main content and as a bonus: Some starting tips to guide you on your journey through the CZ&SK YT scene (emphasis on the &)

The Czech and Slovak YT scene is quite small, so we merged it (Naši bratia!)

Our languages are similar so you'll often see Czechs and Slovaks collab

Another issue you'll run into is no automatic subtitles for czech on Youtube (If the creator doesn't do them themselves, there will just be none.)

Those more clickbaity youtubers often use subtitles to emphasize some clips
