When my mother screamed me into this world she did not intend for me to live a life of silence.

She sacrificed her life for me to come into this world and for that, i myself do not intend to live in silence. She fought for me to have the life i have today and for that, i will fight to have my own opinions and beliefs and i will fight to live my life how my Mother fought for me to do so. I raise my voice just as i was born to do so and i will raise it for as long as i should, just as she did. I will claw at life, gripping my beliefs with white knuckles. I deserve to fight for whats right, what should be morally undebetable.

I will bite and kick and claw and i will scream. I will scream until i need to no longer. My Mother gave me a voice. And i demand to use it.

Understand that your male counterparts hate you.

My heart goes out to every single woman all around the world after the results from the US election. We as a world are moving backwards before ever even reaching complete equality in any country.

Even though you may say that just american women are being harmed by this election then you are so wrong. If one of us isnt free then none of us are. Sexism is slowly but surely back on the rise all over our globe and we need to fight once more.

For the women in America:

There are abortion pills you can buy if you need them that come completely discrete and can be shipped all over, they are called the plan C pills and they are shipped completely discretely.

If you can, i heavily encourage you to join the 4B movement aswell, dont have any romantic interaction with men, dont have sex with men, stop conforming to the beauty standards set and fight back, they will soon realise what is happening.

Again, if you can afford to, leave. It is only going to get worser and worser from here on and for your safety if you feel you need to leave the country, do it.

We need to fight for our rights before it is too late and we are back where we were over a hundred years ago, and if we need to bring back methods of violence to have our voices heard, do not hold back.

Indonesia are helping tackle climate change through the use of artificial coral reefs! I have made a previous post about how essentail coral reefs are to our oceans and how climate change is killing them.

The first documented installation of an artificial coral reef was from 1979, since then they have been submerging old cars, rickshaws and tires, providing a protected environment for baby corals to settle and grow.

Did you know bees are crucial for our ecosystems?

Bees help to keep our plants alive, which keeps herbivores alive, which keeps carnivores alive as they eat the herbivores, which keep us humans alive as we eat the carnivores.

Climate change causes extremely powerful storms everywhere, dought and air pollution which kill our bee hives and habitats, causing a mass decline to bees.

Have you ever seen the bee movie?

Besides the absolute monstrocity which is a woman falling inlove with a bee, you can see the clear damage that climate change will do to our bees, which will eventually kill us as we run out of food.

How many childrens books and films about climate change will there have to be made before adults actually realise that climate change is a real issue.

The film grossed $351 million worldwide and even still, nobody believes in climate change. Adults’ ignorance has became so clear that the only way people can think to get through to them is through childrens books and films.

Even the creators of the fucking simpsons made a short clip about what it is and how it hurts us.

These films are not stories, they are real life metaphors for what is going to happen.

274,000 sharks die every day

And most of them die to the excess fishing of tuna fish. Every time a net is thrown out for tuna fish, numerous sharks are caught and die.

Do you know why sharks are so important for the life we know today?

Sharks are an extremely huge part of our ecosystem keeping the ocean in check, therefore, helping keep our earth in check.

While we know that trees hold a lot of our carbon dioxide that we breathe out to protect our O Zone layer, algea also holds a significant amount of carbon dioxide and while coral reefs are not a net absorber of CO2, they have a vital role to play. Coral reefs are closely associated with seagrass beds and mangrove forests, which are major carbon sinks.

Sharks eat a majority of the fish that eat our algea and without sharks, the fish would eat all the algea in our oceans and large amounts of carbon dioxide would be sent into our atmosphere and extremely damage the O Zone layer, which protects us from the sun.

Without sharks, our ecosystem would collapse and in turn, our earth would come to collapse and we would die out.

Do you really want that to happen?

Didnt think so.

Spread awareness of excess tuna fishing, cut tuna out of your diet, do whatever you need to do.

Good news! Republicans believe in man-made climate change!

Bad news! They think democrats are using a highly secret machine to do it and target red states.

Our countries are ran by old men who have already lived their entire lives and will not live long enough to see climate change take control of our world, but we will.

If you want children one day, do you want them to be able to experience a normal life with normal seasons instead of boiling hot summers and white christmases? If we dont start to fight climate change now then they never will.

The young children in our communities may never know what its like to live a comfortable life without having to worry about unnatural heatwaves, storms, hurricanes, wildfires, etc. There is no country that is safe from climate change.

Our home is begging you to make a change. Act now. Sign peitions, grow your own food, buy reusable bags/straws/everything, cut as much plastic out of your life as possible, be as sustainable as you can afford to be. Before its too late.

Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul is currently flooded

I don't make these kinds of posts, but Rio Grande do Sul (a brazilian estate) is going through its worst natural catastrophe in recorded history and I need everyone to know about this. Its currently looking like this:

What is going on

Most of Brazil suffers from yearly floods during the rain season. These floods most of the time aren't bad, with water going away a few hours later. Sometimes they are a nightmare, with people losing their homes and most if not all belongings. But this?

This is not fucking normal.

Currently (May 6th, 2024) there's +80 confirmed deaths and 873 thousand people are being affected by these historical floods. Eight hundred and seventy three THOUSAND people. Once again: THIS. IS. NOT. NORMAL.

Rio Grande has 496 cities, and currently, 364 are reporting problems related to this. It's almost the entirety of Rio Grande - and you know how big Rio Grande is? If you're from the USA, its just a bit bigger than Colorado, and just a bit smaller than Nevada. If you are European, Rio Grande is bigger than the United Kingdom. Can you imagine if almost the entirety of the UK was underwater? Because I sure fucking can just by watching brazilian news!

Rio Grande expects floods. It rains a lot in Brazil. What no one expect is having to deal with 2,30 meters - 7'7 feet for reference - ABOVE the expected flooding level, which is 3 meters (9'10 feet). This means that there were 5,26 meters (17'3 ft) of water. Chart for comparison:

I live in São Paulo, which is completely unaffected by what is going on over there, but I need people to be aware of this. Why?
