“Really, no sports?” Bruce gave a surprised look. He had trained himself to notice everything and anything, and could tell by the way he walked there was an injury. “I noticed your step was off, I just surmised it was an old sports wound.” Lifting his hand to his own wound once again, he chuckled. “Got plenty of those.”

Thinking about the offer, he looked off into nowhere, before his wry smile reappeared. “Well, you read me like a book, Jon.” He replied, almost blushing from his sheepishness. “But, if you wouldn't mind...? It wouldnt take that long anyway, but with you they'd probably just keep their yaps shut and let me sign and run in just a few-” As if on cue, the for he was leaning on opened, with a snazzy business man at the knob. “There you are Mr. Wayne, we’ve been waiting for you.” The man jabbed his own hand into Bruce’s in a vice grip shake, and pulled him inside the room, eager to have a name such as a Wayne sign off on his deal. The poor playboy merely looked back in desperation, before already led to the table like a tethered horse.

Once Blight met him in the vent, he peered through the slats to see if it was safe below. Luckily it seems the room below was a sorting room, with stacks of weapons and cases in a closed off room. Bruce reeled back and kicked the vent open, slid down, and caught the vent cover to avoid the chance of drawing attention with a clang. Scanning to room with his cowl, he noted that there were no goons nearby, and all seemed clustered in a main factory floor. “They aren't near, but still be careful. We’ll cross a room just to get to them, and we want to keep ourselves unseen.” Bruce uncliped the Disruptor from his belt, and shot a few clamps to the weapon caches. “This takes care of this room, but there will be plenty more. Keep an eye out.” Reattaching the weapon to his belt, he quickly opened the door, and swept down the hall with Blight in tow.

“What’s that now?” Bruce laughed, pulling the gel layer off his arm as Jon retracted his hand. “ Don’t look like a risk taker? I like to try lots of things, but they may not always like me, that for sure.” He played it off, putting the canister back in the case and rolling his sleeves down once again, hiding the scars from view. “Rugby, Freeclimbing...I like to get out and about, I don't just sit in an Ivory tower all day, you know.” Bruce grinned, patting on on the shoulder before leading them out of the R&D and down to the first deck. Glancing at his watch, he mumbled. “Oh, they’ll be ready for me now. You can join in if you want, it’s just really me signing off on some patents more than anything. Shouldn't be too long, and then I’ll set you free from this little escapade.” He offered, stopping as they came to the office door. “How about it?”
