Struggling with this a lot lately.

I lost my teens and early twenties to extreme depression and anxiety and now I have this deep grief over the times that define, shape and influence us for the rest of our lives.

I couldn’t use this time to get to know myself and have fun just living life while doing so.

And know I have this strong feeling I lost something, that I not only never had, but can’t get back as well. Like I can’t make up the lost time…
