I have been trying to capture movement in this way for so long but this was a total accident. I was actually so annoyed by how windy it was. Things like this in art always seem to happen as soon you aren't trying

My neighbor has this beautiful pink Magnolia tree. It bloomed a few weeks ago. The flowers have started to wilt already, possibly because of all the rain, but it was beautiful while it lasted.

There are so many little fields of flowers around where I live. I love getting to know all the local flora and the whimsical feeling they give. These little flowers are Veronica Persica, also called Persian Speedwell. It is native to Eurasia but is now widespread throughout the world.

These flowering trees grow everywhere around here. I think they're Bradford pears but I'm not sure. Either way, they're so beautiful and remind me of how all the cherry trees are in Japan. It's so relaxing to watch the petals fall in the wind

At first they looked like paintings then I looked closer and thought they were photos, and Then looked even CLOSER and realized that they are, in fact, paintings. Amazing.

I'm so happy! I've wanted one of these for years but I didn't even know what they were called. The other day my sister got one from a game shop nearby and I was telling her how much I love them. So she got me this little jester one yesterday. He's so cute, I love jester/clown stuff so much. I've been taking him everywhere with me lol
