And of course, while visiting Chablis I had to do it… This 2019 Billaud-Simon Grand Cru Valmur will do just (more than) fine. Valmur is a central climat of the Chablis Grand Cru hill and the wine produced from this vineyard is considered to be one of the best expressions of Chardonnay in Chablis.
