Asociación Malagueña de Enología y Cata (AMEC) visita a Viñedos Verticales, en Moclinejo. Visita guiada por @juanmunozanaya. Nos ha llevado a ver los impresionantes viñedos en pendiente de la Axarquia, y a continuación hemos catado cuatro (más alguna cosilla más) de sus vinos de Viñedos Verticales, acogidos todos ellos a la D.O. Sierras de Málaga: La Raspa 2021, Moscatel de Alejandría y Doradilla. Filitas y Lutitas 2019, variedad Moscatel de Alejandría ( o de Málaga) y Pero Ximén. Rocalima 2021, la novedad de este verano, elaborada con uva Doradilla utilizando procesos oxidativos. Magnetico 2021, elaborado con Garnacha de la Axarquía.
