Look, if you dislike something in fandom, just. Move on. Stop telling people how much you hate xReader or xY/N, or whatever. Like literally, just sit down. Take a breath. You can walk away from xReader fics. They're not hurting you. They're not only written because people can't make OCs. Do you know how many OCs I have? (laughs in ADHD). I write xReader fic because it's fun to include the audience in my fic. It's not all I write but it wouldn't matter if it was. I write xReader because the specific fandom I write it for likes xReader fic. I also write xReader fic to fill a niche that is small within my fandom. But literally, you can write xReader all you want, and anyone who tells you that you're bad and wrong can fuck right off. You see that back button? USE IT. Stop screaming about how xReader writers have no creativity. Stop complaining, hit the back button, and go read something else.
