Lance

Lance. Loves. Cuddling. 

He’s a cuddle bug!! 

Honestly will cuddle with his s/o at every chance he gets 

Will give his s/o space when they need it too though!

Loves to wrap his arms around his s/o and lay his head on their chest while they comb their fingers through his hair 

He will melt at your touch and is absolutely putty in your hands 

Will sometimes make a blanket fort if his s/o is feeling upset and cuddle with them 

(He can almost pretend he’s back at home :’) 

He will die if he doesn’t get his dose of cuddles. 

Or at least pout 

He thinks cuddling with his s/o is the best thing in the world

Its intimate without being having to be too physical 

He likes being a small spoon most of the time

Having his partner wrap their arms around him and with his head to their chest while listening to their heartbeat makes him feel so nice

He’s big spoon whenever his s/o feels like

While trace circles along their body or soothingly rub their back or play with their hair, he just likes having his hands on them ;)

After a rough mission he likes cuddling with his s/o because its such a stress reliever (and knowing that his s/o is safe and unharmed) 

He needs to be reminded that he’s important to someone 

And he realizes how much his s/o means to him :) 

He wonders what he did to deserve such an amazing s/o!!

Lance and reader being really hopeless romantics and watching weird alien rain together pls ;)

Ah I’m guessing this is a scenario?  I feel like this type would work best! If not you can resend it and ask for head canons!! <3 Warning!! super duper fluffy!! 

Lance’s hand curled around the fabric at your waist, the other skimming the line of your jaw as he pressed his foreheads to yours, his eyes seemingly trailing and memorizing every curve of your face as through it was an intricate piece of artwork that the world has never seen before.

As water danced a river down his features, his eyes were as cool as the water and his smile like a thousand suns. And in that moment, you thought you never seen anyone so handsome and beautiful standing before you, looking down at you with so much love, that your chest couldn’t help but swell with affection and adoration. 

He slowly leaned towards you, only the willowy trees on the lone planet as your witness. His lips where a whisper against yours and tauntingly close, sending tendrils of electricity flowing throughout your being.

“Thank you,” He whispered, his hand softly cupping the nape of your neck, “for loving me,”

Smiling against his lips, you hands sloped over his shoulders and towards his neck, your eyes shining as a warmth trickled through your chest. 

“You don’t ever have to thank me for that, Lance,” You began, as your hands combed through his damp hair, your heartbeat making its way to your fingertips, “because I’ll always love you, no matter what.” 

His hand tightened around your waist, bringing you closer than you thought possible as brought his lips onto yours. Your heart drummed to the invisible music that sounded, his arms lifting you into the air as a joy of laughter spilled from your lips as you broke away.

“Lance!��� You cried, grasping his shoulders as he twirled you through the air and droplets of rain, his laughter like a soft melody. 

“I love you!” He sang, his voice carrying over through the sound of rain, through the meadow and dancing leaves, “I love you, I love you, I love you!” 

“I love you more,” Your voice loud and wonderful as he began to slow down, gently lowering you again till his forehead pressed against yours, his grin like a kindling fire. “I love you till the ends of the galaxy, you dork,” 

“And I’ll love you till the end of time, beautiful,” 

He reconnected your lips once again, lighting a fire in your chest that would forever bloom.
