Sometimes it seems like my art skills have atrophied- which is a scary, scary thought because thhis is the one skill that I feel somewhat confide nt and proud of. I spent most of April trying to force myself to paint. I was finally able to dedicate hours to a painting instead of only 20-30 minutes.

I also started walking a lot. I don’t go out much and while it feels good to draw more consistently it also made me more restless. My posture is bad and I am just super out of shape. And in the beginning just 2-3 thousand steps left me winded and sweaty lol…. Now I do 5k steps if not more every day.

But even now I think the nice feeling of waking up early and moving my body is starting to dull. My heightened mood is starting to dip and plateau again. Tgere is still some art I have to post.
