The marquis listened closely as his companion explained his plan. While it was certainly a noble goal, he wondered how, exactly, such a thing would work.

Instead of bettering the lands, some places the government simply wanted power and money, and nothing more...

Fyodor closed his eyes for a moment. "It's simple, to rid the world of abilities..." he said softly and opened his eyes again to look at the one across from him.

"Humans with abilities are often used and abused. Even at such a young age. If they were gotten rid of, then people would not be used in such ways and have to go through trauma that their abilities give. That is my main goal.."
