Here is where we used to live… 🏠

These are recent photos of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, one of the largest neighborhoods in Gaza City, which has been completely destroyed and wiped out by the occupation forces using bulldozers and explosive robots to demolish buildings.

Al-Zaytoun, just like Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia, Khan Younis, and Rafah, has turned into rubble. The destruction continues with the clear intent of making Gaza uninhabitable, preparing for the forced displacement of its people.

What is happening here is not only the destruction of buildings, but also an attempt to erase memory, uproot people from their roots, and kill any dream of a safe future.

🎂✨ Today is my little Lian’s birthday… She just turned 3 ✨🎂

My beautiful daughter Lian, a child whose world was supposed to be filled with toys and laughter… but she was born and grew up in the middle of war.

She has grown up to the sounds of bombings instead of songs, and to fear instead of safety.

She lost her childhood before she even had the chance to live it… and today, her biggest dream is to have a small toy she can hug and feel warm.

Lian trembles with every explosion, running to my arms for comfort, when her birthday should have been a day of joy and celebration.

But today, instead of preparing cakes and balloons, we are packing our belongings to flee once again.

Please, give Lian some gifts on her special day, so she can feel, even just a little, that the world still holds love and kindness for children.

🔁 We’ve been displaced for the 15th time… and we still don’t know where to go.

This Morning Once again, we were ordered to evacuate our area.

Once again, we are forced to carry what’s left of our belongings, our children, our fear — and leave, without knowing where.

Displacement is no longer a temporary emergency for us… it has become a way of life imposed upon us.

We have fled our homes fifteen times in search of safety… and found none.

This is a physical and psychological exhaustion beyond words.

We’re not asking for much — just for this endless cycle of fear and displacement to stop, and to be allowed to live with dignity, like anyone else.

💔 Because a mother’s body knows how to hide pain… but it cannot hide a slow death.

🧕 Because we give our children our food and pretend to be strong, while our organs silently begin to fail.

👶 Children collapse first — their little bodies can’t withstand prolonged hunger.

But mothers? We endure, we sacrifice, and we fight with every breath… just so our children can stay alive.

I’m a mother of three in Gaza. I haven’t had a full meal in over six months.

And yet, I may appear “fine,” only because my body is holding onto the last bit of water and fat, while inside I’m breaking down — anemia, exhaustion, constant dizziness… and a hunger that never ends

Don’t judge suffering by how a body looks.

This is my daughter Toleen, 8 years old 💔🎨

Toleen is a talented little girl who loves drawing and dreams of becoming an artist. Despite the war, displacement, and hunger... she hasn’t let go of her dream.

A few days ago, she hadn’t eaten properly and started losing weight.

But today, she surprised me by drawing a picture of a hamburger sandwich 🍔.

She looked at me and said with a tired smile:

"Mamy, I drew it because I crave it... but I know it’s not available."

It broke my heart to see my child wish for something as simple as food — and I can’t provide it.

I’m sharing this moment not out of complaint, but out of humanity.

Our children deserve life, art, and joy — not hunger and war.

My little daughter Layan will turn 3 in just two weeks…

**New Update on Walid’s Condition**

Finally, after two months since the surgery, the casts have been removed from Walid’s legs, allowing him to move them freely for the first time—his joy was indescribable!

We are now entering the second and most crucial phase of his recovery: daily intensive physical and functional therapy to strengthen his muscles and help him stand on his own. The final goal is for Walid to walk again, God willing, after years of pain and struggle.

Walid now needs **\$700 per month** to cover the costs of physical therapy, transportation, healthy food, and a medical brace.
