Let me put you all on pigly.com, it's a weight loss calculator AND it tells you how many cals your gonna need to eat a day to maintain your current weight and goal weight!
It's helped me a lot because my biggest fear is not knowing how much I need to eat to maintain my goal weights, but now I know!
you just plug in some current stats, your goal weight, and when you want to reach it. The website will tell you what you'd need to eat to get there! no warnings or blocks if you would need to eat less than 1,000 cals.

(while you can use ft/in or cm for your height, your weight is measured in lbs and I didn't find a way to change that. just a heads up)

10-Minute standing abs workout
Those ar some short workouts you can easily put in between your day to day routine or you can add those as a plus after a longer workout (talking about 30 to 60 min)

How I managed losing 10kg in less than a year:
Staying under a personal calorie limit
I'm vegetarian (been one before ed started)
I switched from normal drinks to zero drinks, juice and almond milk without sugar (for shakes or coffee)
30 - 60 min workout (since I can't go to the gym I only do HIIT)
I walk more than I did before
I stopped eating things like cheese, sweetened yoghurt and french fries
The workouts I do:

45 min full body workout to burn max calories
15-Day Burn full body fat | 20 min HIIT with no jumping options
Best 30 min full body workout (with no jumping options)
20 min ab + leg workout in bed
1 hour full body fat burn home workout
