Hot damn!!!
I was skeptical about this but it was so good.
Only 58 cals a rice cake pizza!
I put 1 Tbp red sauce on a rice cake. Cut a slice of cheese into 4 and use 1 of the 1/4 pieces to scatter over the rice cake and a few pieces of kale.
Pop in the toaster oven for 3 to 5 mins and the cake will still be crunchy but softer in the middle from soaking up the red sauce. Its almost like real dough!
