It actually says 002!

It stems from the idea that dream was never supposed to be the actual prisoner of pandora. (I saw this idea somewhere and kinda fleshed it out more) Because the vault was never supposed to carry more than one prisoner, who the whole thing was made in mind with(down to clothing sizes), dreams jumpsuit doesn’t fit him at all. The cuffs being either too short or too long and therefore constantly uncomfortable, as well as the proportions of the torso being totally off. It serves as a constant reminder to dream that he failed, that this life was planned for another, yet he is the one living it out. Later on during his stay in the prison he is slowly reduced to this number, by sam and q, even his mind slowly beginning to betray him. Day after day, he is becoming less human more object.

Looking back at the drawing you’re referencing I see why you’d think it’s 202 lol. I didn’t colour it in correctly
