Day 4 - Started with hiking in Silver Falls State Park. It offers a trail around 10 waterfalls. No dearth of waterfalls in PNW but this is probably the only one that allows you to go behind the waterfalls! What an amazing experience! Highly recommend.

After 3 hrs here, headed to Portland for lunch at its amazing food trucks. And then, back to Seattle

Took a 4-day road trip from Seatle to CA and back. It was last week of December, so weather was a mixed bag. But each day was still beautiful.

Day 1 - did Northern and Central Oregon coast via 101. Seattle > Canon Beach > Rockaway Beach > Newport > Lincoln City > Coos Bay (overnight)

It was very cloudy and rainy, but glad we did the hike in this weather. Started at 3:15pm, reached the top a little over 5pm and found we were the only people at the top :) Got rewarded with exclusive and amazing end-views...

Started with a 3-hr Whale watching tour which was pure fun. Bonus of a beautiful sunny day, gorgeous Mt.Baker views, bald eagle sighting and hump back whale sighting.

Followed by a drive to Mt.Constitution - a must-see for spectacular views. Definitely going back for more..
